Formula Six of Posit Four: The Living Christ Light Anchored in Daily Sovereign Expression

There is a point in the revealing of Radiance where Orientation, sensation, thought, emotion, and the shifting contours of the world cease to imply any modification of Presence. Not because experience becomes uniform or still, but because it becomes clear that Presence does not follow the changes that arise within it. Radiance stands unchanged while forms continue their natural motion. In this Formula, the Nature of Being reveals itself as constant, unaltered, and untouched by the variations of life.
Experience shifts continually. Sensation sharpens or softens. Thought becomes active or quiet. Emotional tone rises or settles. Identity adjusts its emphasis. The world displays changing environments, conditions, and interactions. Yet Presence does not change with these Orientations. It allows them to arise without being shaped by them. The unchanging Nature of Being becomes evident when it is recognised that Presence is not strengthened by quiet nor weakened by intensity. It does not depend on the quality of experience for its clarity.
Sensation shows this directly. The body changes continually, pressure, contact, temperature, and Orientation vary from moment to moment. None of these fluctuations alter Presence. Sensation arises as expression within openness, yet Presence remains unchanged. The body no longer appears as the container of Being but as one articulation of it. Presence does not deepen when sensation is subtle nor diminish when sensation is strong. It is constant regardless of physical shifts.
Thought reveals the same constancy. Thinking unfolds in patterns that form, disperse, and reorganise. Presence does not follow these patterns. It remains the same whether thought is active or still. The unchanging Nature of Being becomes clear when thought is no longer seen as an Orientation within Presence that affects it, but as an Orientation of expression arising in an unaltered Field. Presence neither brightens nor fades with the mind’s activity.
Emotion displays this continuity through its variations. Emotional tones move in waves, gentle, intense, subtle, or textured. Yet none of these Orientations disturb Presence. The unchanging Nature of Being becomes visible when emotion is recognised not as a state that modifies Presence but as a tonal expression arising within an unbroken openness. Presence remains constant while emotion shifts.
Identity reveals this truth in a subtler way. The sense of self adjusts continually as perspectives change, roles unfold, and personal patterns arise. Yet Presence does not shift with identity. The unchanging Nature of Being becomes clear when identity is seen not as a centre of experience but as one contour of expression within Presence. The self participates in the Field without establishing a boundary or altering the ground in which it appears.
The world shows this continuity in its vast range of conditions. Environments shift, circumstances evolve, encounters unfold, and the relational Field changes shape. Presence is not altered by any of these Orientations. The unchanging Nature of Being is seen when the world is recognised as a display of expression within openness that remains the same regardless of what appears within it.
Stillness and Orientation demonstrate this constancy with particular clarity. Stillness does not increase Presence. Orientation does not diminish it. Both arise within an unchanging ground. Presence is not more itself in one than the other. Stillness does not reveal Presence more fully. Orientation does not conceal it. The unchanging Nature of Being is recognised when Presence is understood as that which does not vary while expression shifts.
Time accentuates this Orientation. Experience unfolds in sequences of moments. Events arise and recede. Yet Presence does not follow time. It does not accumulate or disperse. The unchanging Nature of Being becomes clear when Presence is recognised as that which does not move while time unfolds around it. Moments do not carry Presence forward. They arise within it.
When all layers of experience, physical, emotional, mental, subtle, are seen as expressions within an unbroken openness, the unchanging Nature of Being stands without question. Nothing that arises modifies Presence. Nothing expands it. Nothing contracts it. Radiance does not depend on the atmosphere of experience for its expression. It stands as the constant ground beneath all forms.
In this Formula, Radiance is not understood as quality, intensity, or influence. It is recognised as the unchanging Nature of Being, the ground that remains the same through every Orientation of Life.
