Laggard Consciousness – In the context of these Posits. Brief Definition:
The laggard consciousness began here on Earth around 2 million years ago, at the time of the 4th Root Race. They were immigrants of their own decaying planetary worlds, and it was this Planet Earth, who felt God’s Compassion to give them a new home. The laggard consciousness, along with those who assumed power and control over other people, using them as fodder for their own greed and authoritative mind controls, is a part of the demise of human races over hundreds of thousands of years. Todays’ Humanity knows very little if anything of these things. But the Earth Records of such civilization extinctions will be revealed very soon now!
Such was and continues to be, the consequences of billions of people who have been unknowingly forced into what could easily be referred to, as inhumane and heartless incarcerations, where the rest of the Human Race are all sucked and drained of life and hope. Here, humanity is controlled from every aspect of life, even to the depth of having their DNA manipulated and encoded with untruths that have kept them in the deepest despair and darkness for eons of time. These laggards are Registered by their lower levels of conscious Resonance or Vibrational Frequencies and Light Quotients. (See the Law of Resonance in the True Constitution Posits). Laggards are victims of their own states of consciousness, a fear-based state of new concepts, or modalities that insist upon Equal Rights to all and hate true democracy. Thus, creating for themselves a depreciating value that is fast being reflected back to them. Their inabilities to accept the advancement of the mass consciousness under the ‘Law of Evolution’ will be a very quick collapse now of their power regimes. These people can be recognized by their beliefs they portray in thoughts, words and actions, that oppose and attempt to desecrate Human Rights, Human Life and the Civil Liberties of We The People. To Divinely Understand, more fervently, what the laggard consciousness is and how it influences the present-day chaos and malignant energies toward breaking down human society and the Unification of Family and Community Units, here upon the Earth. The Sources herein come from a Greater Works Known as the Elemental Grace Alliance, not a Human Plan but a Divine Plan Created within the Chambers of Shamballa some 90 years ago to help combat what was progressing toward the complete destruction of this Earth Planet just as other Planets within this Solar System were blown up and another (Mars) which was following the same laggard consciousness patterns of consciousness. Yet with Mars, God chose to step in to save Mars from its certain annihilation. Removal Of Christ from The Cross.
“‘I Am’ not sure if I would call for a Dispensation on this matter, nor would I know how to look at this from a wider perspective for any action toward the quickening of dissolving this old thought form. It would be more like perhaps a special consideration, that with some focus and compassionate dialogue there may be an action for a more direct alignment, whereby a confluence of two thought forms may finally be directed toward the Higher Truth of this presentation to humanity. The point is that The Icon of Jesus on the Cross has fulfilled its purpose in the overall scheme of religious doctrine.
“I cannot make comment on Icons of other religions for I have never studied any religion, including Christianity.
“But having discussed this aspect particularly with Sue many times over the years, this Icon is without question, worshipped by hundreds of millions of people around the Globe, who in turn have given their powers away to it and through it, the church, and what it supposedly represents; that of the suffering of humanity and that one must suffer to be Redeemed to find Salvation.
“Yet we cannot forget or deny the Blessings that the Sign of the Cross and the Name of Jesus has been a huge Light and Beacon of hope for millions of genuine hearts to turn to in continuance of their Spiritual Journey under the Watchful Eye of this Benevolent Divine Christed Being.
“It is time in the New Cosmic Consciousness that this old paradigm of thought and worship is released and dissolved; removed from the memories of those Dear Souls who cannot find Salvation within themselves due to this false belief of looking away from Themselves; that of the ‘I Am’ Presence; The Christ Jesus within Their Hearts.
“The old Piscean Age and the Christian Dispensation is now drawing to a close giving way to the New Aquarian Age of Transmutation through Ceremony. “If you seek Yourself within yourself, if You discover Your Lord within Yourself, if You make your Prostration with Your Essence, if You Love without being Loved, if You Give without Receiving, then You attain the Degree of Being the Servant of God through His Consciousness. From then on, Your Worship is to the Human Being, to Humanity, to the Realms, to the Cosmoses, to the Universes. Social Work done by this Consciousness is the Genuine Worship required.”
“This for me is the premise, yet the ‘Universal Law of Adoration’ is the way this is achieved. Simply stated ‘it is the Act of paying reverent homage to a Divine Being with fervent and devoted Love’. Is Jesus not doing this to Us in this image? Can we not adore the ‘Whole of Humanity’ and ‘All of Life’ here, with this same ‘Devout Love Attribute of Adoration’? Perhaps the image should be of the ‘human’ being placed upon the Altar of each Heart! Humans loving, adoring humans! Wow!
“Today, as we step deeper into the New Cosmic Consciousness, entering into a New Era of Light; One that will present in its own way, the Full Measure of Truth through Spiritual Discernment, and that Discernment will become the Essence of The Christed Ones who shall be the Divine Fruits of Their Labors. Removal of the Powerful Life Streams That Control Human Malevolence.
“I feel a little uncomfortable even bringing this to the surface. However, I have my reasons which I will endeavour to explain. Now this would have to be a Divine Dispensation and the Karmic Board of Directors would be Absolutely Fully Engaged, as in all Dispensations. Much has been spoken of this at great lengths with unbelievable Passion and Love about the God Right of All of Humanity being given the Freedom to Life. Freedom being the optimal word. Now that we are Addressing the Quality of Life and Freedom of Spirit, that is paramount within these Discourses, for me, ‘I Am’ being drawn to outline what ‘I Am’ feeling and why. The Discourses to date have all directly or indirectly encapsulated the New Cosmic Consciousness and the Holy Desire for Humanity and indeed all Sentient Life to now be lifted into a more acceptable ‘Quality of Life and Freedom of Spirit’!
“I know that it is a vast subject, and I cannot imagine the consequences of what ‘I Am’ about to make public, so with all due diligence made, even to mention it, I shall continue. I believe that there would be very few people, even enlightened Spiritual ones, who would give this potentiality a second glance for consideration or any possible intervention on the part of God at this time. It has just never really been a part of the consciousness within the Plan as ‘I Am’ aware of it. The information that I have received and reviewed from one source or another to date, has given rise to looking at this from a Higher Perspective.
“Several months ago, I read, I believe in one of the Joseph Benner books, whose work is allegedly channelled directly by God, (and I believe this to be true, or at the very least his ‘I Am’ Presence) that God in His/Her Wisdom, stated that He/She no longer wished to allow for the continuance of human beings who did not abide by the Natural Laws of The Universe here on Earth. I cannot find the exact wording, but I will try to find it if need be. God did not elaborate upon it, yet it was one of those few sentences that truly stuck out and registered within my consciousness. This no longer allowing mankind to have powers over others is indeed a pertinent point upon the planet today. But for God to mention this, then something very powerful is in the offering for humanity to make new choices.

“As is always the case that which is meant to be shared comes around and this is no exception. I just had to let it go and leave it to God to decide. Today I was given the text that I referred to in the last paragraph above. To validate, here are the words of God used in Joseph’s Brotherhood Paper – ‘A Call To Service.’
Those of you who refuse to align with others, thinking that it is unnecessary for you to come to Me direct, and get all the guidance and help you need, — know you are still thinking of self and are not yet ready for true Service. To you I say the days of seeking and getting for self are past — never to return. No more studying to attain Powers will I allow.
The armies now being used for destruction and to obey the will of human kings or rulers are but man’s using My Heavenly Plan of Organization for his selfish and inhuman purposes. But the day of such use of My Heavenly Plan is soon over. The Battle will soon to be fought on Earth that will forever drive from men’s minds the desire and use of My Spiritual Knowledge and Power for other than the benefit and blessing of their fellowmen.
“Next, just a few scant days ago I was guided to a page on the internet that again gave me the message that God once again was coming to a point of deliberation regarding this matter. It describes in other words and from a different perspective, yet the message is the same.
“The site was called ‘The Ascended Master Index’
(http://www.ascendedmasterindex.com/parents.htm) and it was describing Alpha and Omega, Helios and Vesta. The information word for word said”;
“Helios and Vesta are determined to bring Earth into a Golden Age. They have asked us to call upon them, especially when we are dealing with conditions of evil in the world. We can give the fiat, ‘In the Name of My Mighty ‘I Am’ Presence and Holy Christ Self, in the Name of Jesus the Christ, I ratify the judgment of Helios whereby the plug is pulled on the seed of the wicked.’”
“Again, I cannot validate this statement and maybe Helios and Vesta can comment later. But there it is, presented to me just a couple of days ago in synchronistic Divine Order.
“We have the information presented here within the Alliance offering a third confirmation; that of the removal of the laggards from other human worlds that have in the past diminished and inhibited the Light of Evolution for more Consciously Aware Humans.
“Giving a forth confirmation, a declaration of Our Beloved Eloah Purity, in the book ‘The Seven Mighty Elohim Speak’ on page 99 entitled ‘Recent Assistance’ to Those ‘Sleeper Realms’ and Removal of Discarnates from ‘African Continent’, written in 1957.
“It tells us of how Archangel Michael through Partisans of the Ascended Masters Teaching Association through Thomas Printz, was engaged to assist humanity by the removal or the untethering of certain malevolent discarnate life streams from the continent of Africa. It tells of the numbers and how the Legions of Michael and the Partisans and the Elohim performed such a task.
“Albeit, limited to Africa and the discarnate or astral Realms, and in the year 1957, it tells me of the Higher Work that is being done, to offer humanity Assured Eternal Salvation upon Our Earth Star.
“Yet again only today ‘I Am’ drawn to another reference through St Germain, who while sharing a Discourse regarding The Service of The Chohan in the book The Seventh Ray by Thomas Printz says this.
‘No man can work with bound hands and feet nor with sealed lips and blindfolded eyes – I must have My Friends walking in Freedoms Robes if they are to assist Me in the attainment of this glorious destiny for Our Planet and its people.’
“Are We, The New Human Angels, The Elemental and Devic Kingdoms and the Angelic Host not His Friends? The answer is an irrevocable ‘OF COURSE WE ARE!’ So, with all these references seamlessly coming together at this time, ‘I Am’ persuaded that it is a measure of expectancy and concern and therefore we need to look at a more concentrated level of it for any radical action/s in favor of those who truly wish to attain their Ascension Status from within a mass consciousness environment of multifarious composites making up Our Earth. At the very least, if not Ascension, just to Know God, so they may be given the Quality of Life and Freedom of Spirit, they have come to Earth to enjoy and which God Desires for them. We Know that with or without humanity on board, Mother Gaia, Will transcend into Her next level of Evolution soon.
“This is pre-destined and so although time is becoming an irrelevant element for those who are becoming aware of its True Attributes, just the same, Earth will shift within a designated time frame as we know it. The Great Plan was to have all of humanity make the shift with Her and while we are in a transition of so many aligned and interfacing Cosmic Cycles from 500,000 years to 2000 years and less, time is a relevant issue from our human perspective. I know that the reference made to Archangel Michael relates to that of the astral or 4th Dimensional discarnate Spirits, but what I believe it is coming to, is the untethering or unfettering of those beings who relentlessly are devouring as much as possible upon Earth, whether it be power, money, government, natural resources and energy, control of human, Elemental or other life forms, through malicious and conscious inhumane intentions, laggard consciousness. The time has come to consider what time we have left and if humanity can indeed traverse these destructive and self-aggrandizing beings sufficiently on our own, having been relieved of such evil and malevolent energies; this in itself would be a Divine Miracle indeed!
“If God in His/Her Wisdom can stop the detonation of all the present day Atomic bombs, (world war III averted back in 1986 by this intervention) and thus can remove such threats as malevolent discarnate beings hovering over the continent of Africa who interfere with incarnate beings from evolving, then the escalation of Earth and human destruction by malevolent, malicious, hateful, cruel, spiteful, intolerable and mean beings must be a concern to present day life and the potential attainment of a mass ascension for the human race in general.

“Only Love has the Power to overcome this massive obstacle and it is Only Love that if Adorned through the Divine Laws and God Dispensations Given, that will allow the transcendence of such perceived insurmountable barriers to be achieved. Perception being a belief and not a fact! God said,‘ ‘I Am’ Listening, and I will Respond to your Every Call, but Know that the Call must follow the Laws that I have made for You Universally, else My Creations would not be able to expand with the Love ‘I Am’. This will be a great step to take, one at a time.’
“Then I Propose a Universal Decree of some sort. For while there are individuals and groups upon the planet within the present numbers with such great power to control, that consciously suppress God’s Will, such as those who deliberately destroy lives through murder, displacements of people, destruction of homes and families through merciless acts of war, implementation of drugs and chemicals, controlled economics; that knowingly, incessantly, unremittingly and relentlessly suppress ‘Quality of Life and Freedom of Spirit’, deplete Earthly resources unnecessarily, affect weather patterns, fracking for gas and testing unsafe devices or treat any human being as in human trafficking, pedophilia, slavery, murder for control and materialistic gain, recruitment of children to war, monetary restraints, control and manipulation, child prostitution, genocide, biological mutilation, genetic testing and cloning, unlawful animal killing and other such like crimes against humanity, need to stop if humanity is going to have a chance to overcome the trials of human mis-alignment with God!
“I would imagine that the amount of aware people within the world, if given an opportunity to declare their consent for such a change, that the numbers would surprise us all! I cannot say, but I would put the question to the Karmic Board and particularly Beloved Quan Yin, ‘How many calls from humanity, knowingly or unknowingly of the correct art of Prayer, asking for God to help or save them from such chaos?’ Asking for God’s Mercy to Save their Soul? ‘How many would there be?’
“We know that there are some 465 Planets in this Universe alone that can support human life and that many of those would be at levels of consciousness that would allow such unfettering of malicious beings to continue their lives elsewhere. It may not complete the Law of Free Will here on Earth as it is presently understood; just that it may change the circumstances with which it would be played out upon other alternative planet/s. But isn’t that what happens when we reincarnate in different times? Aren’t they just like another planet and another time? Our memories are withdrawn just the same! We know death is not the issue, for life is eternal. So, for those Souls having their Life Streams untethered from this Earth Realm, would simply mean they would have to enter another or the next Universal Cycle to continue their own evolutionary processes elsewhere.
“I do not have the answer or how such a Dispensation could be drawn up or implemented, but that in Truth is not my responsibility. In the Joseph Benner book ‘The Impersonal Life’ God asks all of humanity to pass all responsibilities of life to Him. So, in accordance to God’s Will, I pass this idea to Him for Its Resolution.
“I shall leave this idea here where it lays, but as I opened my eyes this morning three words were impressed within my mind: ‘Act of Mercy.’ I can’t say where it came from, but it did get my attention. I have changed it to ‘The Divine Clemency Dispensation.’ This to be taken to the Karmic Board and All Members of this Council of God to consider and debate according to God’s Will.
“St. Germain in His Address ‘Protecting the Future’ Discourse, truly gave me the focus of attention of just how important this time is NOW for the need of some radical action that will secure the Divine Plan of God for the Evolution of Humanity to succeed in mass, upon Earth. While so much malevolent power is still flexing its might and harshly imposing itself upon humanity, some further Higher Intervention I believe is still being called for.

Removal of Consciousness That Works With Purposeful Intention To Inhumanely Mislead, Mis-Inform or Mis-Create, To Gain Power, Control, Manipulation Over Others Without Conscience.
“This is very much the same as the above, but to a lesser degree for I see this as those who follow the orders of those in charge, through fear, threat or total ignorance! If we look around the world today, there is so much violence, so much killing, so much malicious intent to manipulate the general populace; those who show no conscience or benevolence in thoughts, words or actions.
“This is perhaps a stage down from the first level where some sort of amnesty can be given as a warning to those who use power over others in whatever the form it may be and who have no regrets or conscience as to their actions before they too are untethered as a result of their actions. Maybe they do have a conscience that is so close to the surface of activation and acknowledgment that if given a choice without fear, threat or ignorance, they may choose again?
“I believe that most people in these positions do not want to do such things, but they do so, either because they have no perceived options due to brainwashing or psychological programming being controlled by those Higher up in their System. And so, in Truth these victims, given the chance, could redeem themselves by potentially denouncing further allegiance to those in power and lay down all means that they are supported by and to separate themselves from such malevolent acts.
“This would be similar to one who agrees to rehabilitation after getting out of prison and having served their time for a human crime. Most humans innately know the difference between right and wrong, and given the chance, the correct assistance, support and guidance, most would prefer the good rather than the bad, especially if their lives and families were no longer threatened by the consequences of non-compliance to malevolent authoritative control.
“It is just circumstances that prevail for them that they cannot see the Light at the end of the tunnel outside of the quagmire of human effluence and inhumane consciousness toward mankind.
“I believe that this would be an alternative Dispensation and possible considered ‘The Divine Amnesty Dispensation.’

The Future of a Planet from the Scroll of Cosmic History
GREAT DIVINE DIRECTOR: Greetings Dear Sons and Daughters of God in the planning stages of your New Year, I have chosen to come to you today 3rd February 2024 to present you with some information given to the Students of the Summit Lighthouse back in 1974 which will coincide with that which was shared yesterday from Anrita Melchizedek. While both Transmissions were covering the same subject matter, My Discourse comes from a slightly different perspective. I Am asking you to feel into both Presentations and to weave the information into a wider application as you move toward the completion of your Radiation Centre’s Etheric Activations. I Am asking you to take into consideration, as I have Impressed upon Peter and Sue this morning, a focus of attention to also take into the Great Silence the facets of the Astral and Psychic Realms for clearing old Morphogenetic Fields of Influences such as the Negative Impulses by those who oppose God and continue their contempt for Cosmic Law for their own immoral self-aggrandizement, their own wealth, health and immortality.
Just as Jesus, Saul of Tarsus and Moses had to go through the rending of the veils of maya this too is facing those who are ready to follow this preparation of the 4th Initiation. I will speak of this when the time allows. Meanwhile, the Call is Present to consider further actions regards the Astral Realms to disband and dissolve the negative miscreations that make up the Black Lodges and their affiliates. It is now time to also consider more fervently the synthetic grids created by them that suppress humanity from touching the True Essences of their Innate Connections with God Universal Source Energy. I also ask that these false power groups, who use all such atrocities against Humanity, be given a Greater and more effective attention to dissolve and bring balance back to these corruptions of the God Spirit within Humanity. This then, is not limited to only big pharma, and all other authoritative governments, foundations, organisations, companies, schools, social media and fake news, and the global conglomerates that target children, and families, feeding them with false narratives and subliminal charges to entrap them into total submission away from any form of Self-Empowerment. To save the Children of God is a top priority of any New World Server Group today.
Peter, just like you did with the Melvadek Alliance to dissolve Lucifer’s Role as Satan or the Devil, and remove Him from the Astral Planes, now the lessor powers between the 4th and the 9th Dimensional Platforms is their time to be removed. This Action shall be more adorned to how this was done with the so-called High Councils of the Order of Melchizedek that was Under pinned by the Black Lodge. I will say no more on this at this time. You Know what to do!

“Thus the perversion of Unity was the cause that was set in motion that resulted in the flying-apart of the very atoms of that planetary home when the two, the Electromagnetic Impulses of Life evolving there, one assigned to carry the Flame of Father God Alpha and the other to carry the Flame of Mother God Omega, instead of Uniting in a Spiral of Oneness, chose rather to amalgamate their carnal-mindedness for the greatest holocaust that has ever been seen in this Solar System.
“Among those evolving on Maldek were Lifestreams and Souls of High Principle dedicated to Truth, yet all were destroyed. In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, all were flung out of their physical bodies into the astral realm. Two-thirds of those the Electromagnetic Impulses of Life passed through the Second Death because their consciousness was totally dedicated to the energy veil called evil.
“When a Consciousness that is the Gift of God chooses to crucify God in the Energy Veil, then the Ever-Merciful Creator Expresses Mercy unto Himself and Releases His Own Atoms from the Framework of Identity that personifies chaos, death, and discord. Thus, you see, the Second Death is the Highest Expression of God’s Mercy which is Expressed Unto God Him, Herself and His or Her imprisoned energies.
“And what of the one-third remaining, the Electromagnetic Impulses of Life considered worthy of another chance? That of the one-third responsibilities to clean up and Forgive that of the human personality beings who came with their bag and baggage, homeless wanderers, to the Planet Earth, to which they were assigned by the Lords of Karma for two reasons. First, lifestreams in embodiment upon Earth volunteered to give bodies to these Souls and to assist in training them. And second, certain numbers among mankind’s Evolutions had already capitulated, yielding to the Luciferian lies, and so they worshipped the golden calf, and their high priests and priestesses, desecrated the altars of the Most High God on Mu, Lemuria, following the Fallen One, Lucifer, and the Angels who Fell with Him.
“Thus, because the Earth as a Sphere was no longer Herself Perfect, She was vulnerable to the intrusion of imperfection in the consciousness of the Electromagnetic Impulses of Life.
“This is a most outstanding example of the Protection which Purity Affords, of the Protection which Perfection is. When mankind departs from that Perfection, that Wholeness, then they are vulnerable to the most horrendous forms of astral manifestations that float right through the grids of their own consciousness because these are less than perfect and therefore serve as a magnet to magnetise energy veils from other worlds, from Interstellar Space. And so, you see, even today, dangerous Cosmic Rays penetrate the Earth because of the vulnerability, the betrayal, and the selfishness of mankind’s own consciousness, which ought to be Magnetising the Christ Light, the Solar Logos, the Great Central Sun instead.
“Thus, the laggards came without a name and without a country. And they embodied among the Holy Innocents and those who had not yet succumb to the Luciferian lie. Parents of these ungodly ones who still retained the Spark of Divinity found that when they came to the age of the return of karma, between twelve years and fourteen years, they could no longer control these children; they could no longer teach them. And the children rebelled against their parents, and they left their homes, and they went out into the world to pervert children, who were the Holy Innocents and to teach them the ways of the liar and his or her lie.
“By and by, these laggard souls amalgamated forces with the Fallen Angels who had been forced to take embodiment because of their allegiance to the Fallen One; and thus the team of the Fallen Angels and the laggards became an ever-present menace, growing and growing in giant proportions upon this Planetary Earth Plane. The Karmic Board, beholding this manifestation, expressed great concern for these young Souls of the future Sixth Root Race soon to be engaged, being contaminated by the ungodly.
“And yet the Electromagnetic Impulses of Life must go on, manifestations must occur, ages come and go, and whatsoever the Electromagnetic Impulses of Life may manifest, that is what it shall reap. For there is a certain group karma in each Root Race that manifests upon earth. And there is a lowest common denominator of consciousness within a Root Race that holds back the Highest Manifestation of the Christic Light in that Root Race. And thus, the Golden Mean of Consciousness is found somewhere between the two; and that Golden Mean becomes a mediocrity that goes neither up nor down, but walks the middle of the road and thinks that it is highly clever and that it cannot be touched.
“And thus, the laggards and the Fallen Ones taught mankind how to dodge returning karma, how to dodge the effects of causes they had set in motion. This they achieved in one instance by prohibiting intermarriage into their race, thereby prohibiting the return of karma which was a mingling of their energies with the Holy Innocents. But Karma is never eradicated and so, unwearyingly these trials and hardships were simply amalgamating and multiplying exponentially for when the time would turn to Cosmic Law of Divine Justice would be pronounced. This may be hard for some of you to understand; but by forbidding the intermarriage between the laggards and the Earth people and making this a part of orthodox tradition, there is a failure of the greatest kind. For it is a blunder on their part, a misgiving of a fathom too great to imagine, according to the ‘Law of Omission’ calling Balance by providing extra Karmic Responsibilities to deal with! And it also provided a loss of Opportunity for the laggards themselves to Evolve and to Attain Greater Heights of Light and Manifestation. And by that mingling, they might be converted to The Christ and to the Light.
“These acts of forbidding intermarriages also preserves the wealth within families, century after century, guarding that wealth and therefore preventing lifestreams from having the karma of having deprived others of wealth or of having to earn their daily bread by the sweat of their brow. And thus, the karma accrued in volume, instead of returning and manifesting, continues to build and to build and to build because of the isolation policy of the laggard races.
“Now the situation of many strains of the Electromagnetic Impulses of Life upon the Earth is a condition which must be considered again and again by the Lords of Karma. The evil deeds of the Fallen Ones, the commingling of the seed of animals and of human beings which resulted in the hideous creations that were destroyed at the time of the Flood, all of these had to be contended with. And therefore, the Fiat went forth from the Lords of Karma, ‘Henceforth let every seed bear after its own kind’; and it was forbidden that such an unholy and an ungodly situation should occur again. And these miscreations, then, were cancelled out by Cosmic Edict through the Flood which was the sinking of Atlantis.
“I tell you that the last days of Atlantis were wicked; indeed, and the very ones who caused the destruction of Atlantis have come again, returning into embodiment. Joining forces with darkness, they have created a culture in direct antagonism to the culture of the Divine Mother.
“Now those same parents who first volunteered to receive the laggards have had to receive them again and again, in order to discipline and to draw them into alignment with the Law that was given through Moses, and the Law that was given through Mohammed for the Salvation of these races that are continually warring with one another and attempting to draw the entire Planetary Body into their ridiculous strife, which has as its end not the Glory of God, not the Freedom of Mankind, but the pride of the ego and the ruling of the Planetary Body through the Luciferian consciousness of a one-world focus, totalitarian and tyrannous and oligarchical governance.
“I say to you then, Hierarchy is concerned this day that these same races, these same two groups of laggards now embodied and centralizing their energies in the Middle East, are coming together for that confrontation, the same confrontation which they had on Maldek. And it is a most volatile situation, a situation which, if the Sons and Daughters of God, do not rally to contain their actions, to withdraw their aid to both sides, it might result in a total war at the end of this decade.
“I must apprise you of these facts; for without the facts, you cannot pursue the Invocations and the Arresting of the Spirals that remain still out of control, as you have been taught, that was then, this is the Now; for the Salvation of Humanity on the Whole, not just the Planet Earth. Thus, when the Veil is drawn and when it is torn asunder and man sees face to face the Highest Good and the Highest evil, he may Self-Realize that by the Power of the Almighty he can bind the forces of darkness that are in his midst.
“You have the Authority to Challenge not only the war in the Middle East, but all war anywhere at any time. You have the Authority to Challenge the Satanic expressions of evil and the perpetrators thereof. You have the Authority to Challenge those who take the Precious Holy Innocents to defile the Women and Children of the world, the slaughter of so much of the Sentient Life streams in all 4 of the lower Kingdoms of God here upon the Earth, to the battlefields and use them as playgrounds, for gain of wealth, false power and a life beholding to health while defiling the Health through failed immune systems, that are quite capable of given their own senses of Immortality, if given the rightful Food for the Body, and Spiritual Truth for the Hearts and Minds of ALL other peoples of the world. All this, and more, in a continual round of genocide, annihilation, and assassinations that amounts to nothing, absolutely nothing, in the sight of the Karmic Board. You have this Authority by the Power of the Christ that is in you; and in the name of Jesus the Christ, you may give the Commands of Perfection that will allow us to enter in and do the Perfect Work which is so necessary in these troubled times.
“Thus, the handwriting is on the wall. History repeats itself. The only power that can Check the widening Spiral of the Pride of the People of Israel on the one hand, and of the deceit and treachery and intrigue of the People of the Arab Nations on the other, is the Authority of the Christ that Occupies the Position at the Heart Level to Challenge this Yin and Yang perversion of Alpha and Omega. Your Knowledge of the Cosmic Clock will show you that these two Nations this day represent the malefactors on either side of the Christ, both in manifestation of antichrist, the Christ who came to Redeem and Restore the laggard consciousness and to give to both of these Nations and their people the Opportunity to Accept the Light and to Redeem that Karma which they created on Maldek.
“Do you see now, why these people are called the chosen people? They are chosen because they have the greatest karma, the greatest debt and because they owe the most and require the greatest forgiveness. And thus, going to the lost sheep of the House of Israel, Jesus the Christ came to save that remnant of Souls who Embodied here, that they might have the Opportunity to bring the entire Planet into a Golden Age and thus Redeem that Karma of having Destroyed another Planetary Home.
“Thus God, in His Infinite Mercy, gives to those who have the greatest debt, the Greatest Opportunity; and if they reject that Opportunity, then it is passed on to the Children of the Light, Who, as far as Their Soul History is concerned, do not have the Ancient Experience and the Cycles of Evolution that these laggard Souls have. For they have only recently come from Octaves of Light to Evolve upon this Planetary Home. And so, you see, the Age of the Soul often determines its Opportunity, even though it might not have Preserved that Light which was Originally given to it in the Beginning.
“Thus, you say, what is the future of this Planet, Earth? The future of Mother Earth is in your hands; The Hands of God are now the Hands of the Sons and Daughters of God or what we could equally say as ‘We The People of God’. It is within these Hands of all who have chosen to be of the House of Israel, of all that is Real. For the State of Reality can be claimed by All. It is not unique to any single race or time or people. It means, those who do not choose Reality, cannot be counted among the Children of Israel; and they have no claim to the Holy City, the City that Lieth Foursquare, Eternal in the Heavens. For their claim is the Energy Veil; and since they have claimed it, that is what they may have and that is their just reward.
“And so, I say to you, it does not matter who occupies the physical Earth of the Holy Jerusalem; it is the Souls of the True Rock of Universal and Triumphant Consciousness, to whom that City Belongs. And the Etheric City of the New Jerusalem that is focused over the Holy Land is the place prepared; it is the City that descends out of God as a bride adorned for her husband. It is the place where Jesus and Mary Reign Supreme as the True Focus of Father God Alpha and God Mother Omega for the Piscean Age and the True King and Queen of Israel.
“Thus, do you see, Precious Hearts, that all the forces of darkness and the demons of this Earth have tried to prevent the release of this message to you this day. But it has come forth by Divine Authority and by Divine Direction from the Heart of Alpha and Omega, that this Knowledge might be etched in Fire on the Etheric, mental, astral, and physical planes, that once and for all, those who have usurped the position of authority among mankind might be exposed and seen for what they are.
“Now I must remind you of the redeeming factor within the laggard races. I must tell you that these ones were chosen because they had some ‘Spark of Divinity’ left within them; and among them were great Spiritual Leaders, People of Great Holiness, who also were flung into the Astral and were given an opportunity to embody here. And thus, among these races, you do find the Highest Souls of the Highest Evolution; you find also that these Souls of Great Light have been misled by the Luciferians, just as the Holy Innocents have been misled.

“I stand before this Council with Love in My Heart for All of Humanity, The Elemental, and Nature Kingdoms, The Devas and Angelic Host Et All. ‘I Am’ Sanat Kumara. It is with gladness within My Entire Being for what is transpiring here; it has come after a very long time. A time where the majority of Humanity continues to remain asleep, incognizant of the Truth and Reality of The God ‘I Am’ within Them. Fortunately, many people have now awakened and who are just beginning to open their eyes.
“So much has transpired here on Earth to date and many of the other Planets within this Solar System, a journey so far away from Heart Love and Divine Joy for Life. I have been deeply connected with Earth and its evolutionary sojourn for millions of its Earth years and have watched and garnered and contemplated how each race of human beings incarnated here could find their own way out of the quagmire of separation consciousness into the Higher potentialities of life within the myriad of miscreation within this physical domain.
“My Heart Dear Souls has wept and crumpled with the pain and suffering of those who struggle with survival consciousness in what appears on the surface as a losing civilization. I have watched as Souls lost their connections with God due to the laggard consciousness along with those who assumed power and control over them for the purpose of their own greed and authoritative mind controls. Such was the consequences of billions of people who have been unknowingly forced into what I could easily refer to as inhumane and heartless incarcerations where they are all sucked and drained of life and hope. Here they are controlled from every aspect of life, even to the depth of having their DNA manipulated and encoded with untruths that have kept them in the deepest despair and darkness for eons of time.
“There was a time when We the Administrators of the Planet and the overall embodiment of the Human Race here, came to a point of acknowledging that humanity within this evolutionary curve was indeed lost; that there was no hope for them and so they as a human civilization was doomed to return to the Void as Cosmic Dust, to start all over again having failed their extraordinary opportunities for Spiritual Aspiration and Growth. I was devastated at this thought and after long deliberation and consultation with My Beloved Venus, We decided that there was one last chance. That chance was for Me to travel to Earth and hold the whole of Humanity within My Own Divine Loving Heart of Light, to envelop the entire race with the White Heart Fire Flame of God’s Love. Tethering every single human being upon the Planet to My Own Heart Core of Love and Light, anchoring them there until every last one came to a Divine Awareness that They too were part of the ‘I Am’ Presence of the ever-expanding God Consciousness.
“As a result, 4,500,000 years ago, I requested an Audience with the Karmic Board of Directors for humanity and made My Plea to offer Them My Proposal to save humanity. It was a most passionate and compassionate line of reasoning on behalf of humanity and with God’s Grace, because of My Presence within the Planetary and Solar Hierarchy, I was given permission and New Charters were written into My Contract with The Prime Creator so that this was now not just My Personal Desire, but that of God’s Impersonal Desire for Me also!
“Cosmic Laws were changed, Dispensations were Decreed, and re-alignments of Cosmic Energies began on massive scales to coalesce with My New Mission. I began to receive the Support, Love and Guidance from Divine Entities from many different Universes and Galaxies; yet none more than Those of the Elemental, Nature, Devic and Angelic Host Realms. The complexities of the processes, procedures and consequences of failure were great and so We All stepped forward Hand in Hand, Heart To Heart, with a very clear Vision to Hold this Dream, that We are then and still to this day cherish, in sustaining the White Fire Flame of Love for each other within this purpose and intention.
“Yet, with All of Our Knowledge, All of Our Experiences, All of Our Heartfelt Love, there came another time when We saw the potentiality of humanity having to be dissolved again upon Earth. This time, just very recently in Earth’s Time Line, The Elementals, The Devas and the Angelic Realms felt They could do no more to assist humanity in awakening them from their sleep. There was a mass consensus of agreement that They would depart this Earth Realm and allow humanity to fend for themselves. This was a devastating situation for without these Divine Builders of Form, The Etheric Weavers of Light and Blessed Messengers of Mother Father God, not only humanity would dissolve but Earth Herself would become a lifeless planet.
“This is not the Whole Story, but for the intention of painting this picture on behalf of this Elemental Grace Alliance I will confine My Message to the content that will be discussed here.
“Mankind had created such an imbalance within the physical Realms, that the Elementals, The Nature Kingdoms, The Devas and Angelic Beings, were suffering in the most horrific and traumatic of ways. Ways that humans would not understand, ways that not only negated all Charters between mankind (those of the Supra Conscious agreements made in Unity when They remembered They had the Minds of God) and The Creator Beings of the Nature and Ethereal Worlds. It took a long time to occur, but inevitably as humans know only too well, when pushed to your limit, totally exhausted, defiled in form and drained of all energy; one has but one option left, they just give up!
“Humans call this death of the physical and as they were creating with God’s Life Force Energy, albeit unconsciously, this eventually had broken through the boundaries of the Dimensionalities where these Earth Keepers exist. Well, what could We expect? For the Nature Realms, Their lives and creations were being destroyed in inconceivable amounts of life-giving succour! Forests stripped of trees, Earth’s minerals and precious metals plundered for power and wealth, waters poisoned with avarice for personal achievement and gain in arrogance of the consequences. The invent, testing and warfare detonations of Atomic devices were the last straw. Yet, even as this was still raging across the planet with the exception of Atomic bombs, for We have now stopped the detonation of such mechanisms, We Knew that some 23 million people had begun their awakening. The New Charters that were written had indeed proven effective and were now really creating pockets of positive results. We could see and feel the Divine Sparks of God now growing brighter on Earth and so with this simple sign of hope We called upon Archangel Michael to call for an Audience with these Earth Builders and Keepers of Earth. And with that, Beloved Michael convinced Them that things were changing, and that it was just a matter of time before the pendulum would begin to swing the other way.
“Beloved humans, Esteemed Members of this Council, this turn of events, having once again the Builders of Form and the Messengers of God re-committing to Earth and Humanity, allowed for renewed levels of activity across the planet. New Dispensations were Granted, whereby, the Ascended Masters and Company of Heaven, The Angelic Host could now directly make contact with humanity, offering the Higher Knowledge and Greater Truths. The Higher Realms were now being given permission to communicate directly with humanity in teaching and bringing New Awareness of God, God’s Law of One, and the Reality of Who Humanity Really Is! Finally, without knowing it, the Elemental and Nature Kingdoms with Their choices to leave, actually opened new doors for humanity allowing them more consciously now to reach into Higher Consciousness. They were from that moment on offered new opportunities to access, actively communicate and feel They were part of something much more than what they were experiencing through their physical senses and living environments. The Truth Shall Set You Free! The final leg toward the Age of Love and Freedom had arrived. Love is the Cohesive Power of God, and God’s Love was beginning to pour into Earth and the Hearts of mankind from practically every Solar System of Our Galaxy in Streams of Intensity never before experienced upon the planet. With Renewed Love, so came the return of the Original Vision with an unwavering compassion for humanity and their self-perceived isolation. The All That Is was rallying with All Their Might to make this human experience a success in Love and Light, Abundance, Joy and Happiness. And so, a New Era had begun!

In a way this Elemental Grace Alliance Proposal reminds Me of how I felt within My Heart when I saw that Truth was not being expressed in accordance to Love, Peace, Harmony and Joy for Life! Like so many at this point, he has seen only with human eyes, not from the vantage point We have, what We Know is transpiring and from deep within the confinements of the physical reality. “Our Hearts Smile as We Greet each of You in the Name of The ‘I Am’ Presence. We Are Neptune and Lunara, The Directors of the Element of Water. We come this day representing not only the Undines Who are in Our Service and under Our Command, but in the Names of The Other Elemental Directors – God Zeus and Goddess Tara, representing the Ethereal Elements and Life Force of Akasha, Beloved Oromasis and Diana of Fire representing the Salamanders, Mighty Aries and God Thor representing Air and the Sylphs and Beloved Virgo and Consort Pelleur representing Earth and the Gnomes. Each will have Their opportunities to come forward if They deem necessary, however, for now, We have elected to share Our Heartfelt sentiments for what We All have had to endure over time at the unyielding and unforgiving hands and consciousness of humanity.
“We are not here in judgment, nevertheless the reality is what it is within this physical Dimension and there is much to share so human beings may look at their world through different eyes and from perspectives that perhaps to date they have not considered with any depth of Their Beingness or Oneness from within the Heart of God! Indeed, some may receive this information for the first time offering them advancement if that is their interest. Some may even dismiss it with no validity within their lives. We Honour all free will choice upon Earth! Our story is long and detailed and like the Elohim We too answered the call that was transmitted by Helios and Vesta to assist in the Service of Creating the Element of Water for a New Planetary System. Water as you know makes up the largest part of the Element of Earth and indeed is the larger part of the human biology including the emotional bodies. It is well known that without air a human will survive no more than 3 minutes, without water 3 days and without Earth (food) 3 weeks. Without fire Dear Souls, well, that would depend on the ratio of the other Elements, but remember this, it is a cold environment where nothing can survive without Beloved Fire!
“Does the human being really take Us that seriously? Indeed, do they even know that We Exist as a Unified Consciousness in which their survival depends? How vital do they consider Us within their lives and how much is taken for granted? These are questions that humanity would do well to ponder very deeply indeed if they are to advance to the next Levels of Consciousness toward Ascension. We pray then that these Discourses through this Proposal shall indeed Address these perspectives with clarity. People may then have Greater awareness and so be equipped with Higher Truth and Knowledge to make complementary enlightened decisions about their lives and how they express themselves within their Journey of Life or death of the physical biology they inhabit at this time. There was a time upon Earth when Water literally sang with Joy and Vibrancy. It Radiated Christ Consciousness with Crystalline Purity and an iridescent Glow of Love and Light. Its Consciousness gave Strength and Power and Life to so much and so many. Humans Loved Us so deeply and gave Us so much gratitude for all they received through Our Life-Giving succour. It was identical for the other Elements of Earth, Air, and Fire also, for without each other, Wholeness of this Physical Realm would be non-existent. This time of which We speak however, faded away soon after groups of lesser vibratory consciousness, known as the laggards, migrated to Earth from other Star Systems and Planets. It was their ways that changed everything upon this world.
“Their numbers were vast and their powers of influence great. Their actions proved to be extremely detrimental to all life here and their morals and ethics took no prisoners. They created and left behind so much destruction in their wake and in doing so devastated the Earth, polluted the Air, defiled the Element of Fire, poisoned the Water and contaminated the consciousness of the humans that lived here prior to their arrivals. Everything began to change, and nothing has ever been the same again since those periods of desecration and abuse. We would very much feel great sadness if humanity became divided like the laggards and had to be left behind as this Solar System Evolves into Its Next Dimensional Shift. A shift that is not so far away at all! These Dear Souls were Planetary orphans who had been rejected by their own races and while those of their Planets rose to Higher Evolutionary States of Consciousness, they decided that these persons would be impediments to their own growths and so rejected them and sent them away from their ever-expanding Worlds. Earth, in Her innocence and unknowingness at the time, 2,000,000 years ago, chose to take them in as a gesture of Selfless Service, only to find out that this goodwill would be violated to such a degree that it infected the Earth with dire consequences. And in this process of migration, because of the low vibrationary levels of these Souls, others who were not invited also arrived to take advantage of these laggards. It was a cocktail for tragedy and disaster. This Blessings that Mother Earth gave to these castaways, eventually retarded human evolution on Earth by thousands of years (5,000).
“Beloveds, we use words here that may seem harsh and indicative of pointing the finger or casting blame upon those perpetrators. Yet We do so only to build and create a picture in the minds of humanity so that they may see that they themselves are only the victims of a past that is not of their doing. Just as the laggards did not know any better, they too were victims of their own past, their own histories upon their Planets and those who saw them as an opportunity to use and corral and foster with maliciousness and ill intent.
The scene We are painting upon this canvas is that the Element of Time has changed and today far more awareness in the way of Higher Knowledge and Wisdom is available to humanity to change the past, to alter, eliminate and release old patterns of belief and genetic programming that keeps humanity stuck in old patterns of behaviour, limited as to potentials, and void of hope of happiness and Love. Today the potential arises to ascend this time without leaving anyone behind or indeed sending anyone away from the planet. This may still occur, as free will is a major factor of the Charters pertaining to Earth and Humanity.
“Like all Mastery, there is a requirement to consciously control the vibratory rate of action of each of the Electrons which are used for specific purposes in precipitation or shall We say the creation of physical manifestation. To create Water, We had to Master Our Own thoughts to hold the Electrons in place to keep Water at a specific resonance of vibration; to sustain a Harmonious and Balanced quality, so that all Beings that worked in, through and with Water could do so without deterioration, descent or the slowing down of the Water Vibratory System. When this Mastery has been attained, then there is no such thing as death, sickness, decline or even wear upon the manifestation. We make reference here specifically pertaining to the human biology but indeed nothing is exempt from the Universal Law of Precipitation. Once the destruction by the laggards and others incrementally advanced through the resonances of the lower vibratory creations, We, The Elementals too had to change, or more to the point, lower Our Vibratory Rate along with the Undines that maintain and sustain the molecular structure of water. This meant that We had to consciously hold in place the Electrons in circulation and flow that would allow its continuance to support life at these lower levels of expression. Our Charters of Service with God are clear, We are to support the human race unwaveringly. We too were Ordained by God to support life for humanity, regardless of the consequences We had to endure. So, this is what We did and in doing so the Undines over a great period of time became very discontented, unhappy, unhealthy and in many cases very angry; billions were annihilated in the process. This occurred not only for the Elementals of Water, but with each of the other Elementals respectively as well. It became so difficult for the Undines particularly, that a great natural rebellion began to rise up within them, to the point that Beloved Hercules through His Will To Do God’s Will, had to intervene and to take control. Hercules in His Wisdom made the decision to halt this rebellion, otherwise water would have created great floods of tremendous power that would have purified and cleansed by elimination. The pain for Water and the Undines, was ‘that’ unbearable!
“Beloveds, so many atrocities have been created by mankind over the millennia and still today We the Elementals are those that are in the direct firing line of the consequences as a result. It is by Our Bound Charters with God that keeps Us working these days tiresomely and not without tremendous effort, to keep Earth a Living Planet for humanity and other life forms to continue their evolutionary path here. We are directly linked by human consciousness and therefore cannot respond other than as a direct reflection of human thoughts, words, actions and feelings. All earthquakes, volcanic activity, floods, famine, tsunamis, hurricanes and tornadoes are all such responses, so that We may keep a Balance for life to continue here. Else this beautiful world would have laid barren and disintegrated long ago! The Elementals will go into this in more detail as the Discourses progress, so for now let Us say that We fully endorse this Proposal and will do everything in Our Power and within Our Fiats with God to continue to support Humanity through these final periods of trials and tribulations. We apologize for such a concise summary of humanity’s history here from Our perspectives, but it has hopefully allowed for another standpoint to be evaluated. The details are beyond the imaginations of mankind and would indeed fill many of their libraries to overflowing. The aim here, is simple clarity. May This Be So throughout the Gatherings of the Elemental Grace Alliance Council. We Love Humanity, Beyond All Measure!

I have been invited to speak at this Gathering of Esteemed Colleagues Who are all Embodied with the Love and Life of Mother Father God. It is toward the Human Souls who are connecting here that I say to you that you are Addressed with the same Distinction and Honour as Mother Father God, as You too are part of the Unity Consciousness that is in full expression of Your Godliness today. As You all know, I Michael Am the Embodiment of the Blue Ray that indeed Over Lights the Protection of this beautiful Planet Earth. My Work with Beloved Faith covers a wide spectrum of duties, all of which are nothing short of ‘Protecting the Future’ for humanity, the Elementals, Devas and The Angelic Host so They All may achieve Their Ascension Status.
“There is a great deal that I could share with you, but it would seem that there is a flow of consciousness that is building within itself, a new awareness for humanity, that through the Power of Faith will take root, grow straight and tall, flower and blossom to radiate the most Beautiful and Peaceful fragrance for humanity to be able to truly stop and smell the flowers; to stop and find the Peace and Love of God within themselves. I wish to speak very briefly about the work that is now coming to the forefront of those who will take the baton of these Discourses and from within themselves, feel the Power, Wisdom and the Love that is emanating from them. We speak of the Three-Fold Flame, that Light that is held at the very core of each Human Soul.
“It is this Three-Fold Flame that every human heart must embrace before they will be able to pass beyond the ‘Rings Passeth Not’ into ascension to the next levels of Love, Wisdom and Power Consciousness. What only a hand full of people upon the planet realize is that this Three-Fold Flame is in itself a very Powerful ‘Atomic Particle Accelerator.’ The only one that is the foundation of the human being’s protection against all negative or malevolent psychic attack and the bombardment of humanity’s general consciousness that houses all feelings of depression, doubt, fear and the general effluvia of discord.
“While your Atomic Accelerator vibrates within its lower vibratory states all such entrapments within the old consciousness is virtually impossible to elevate yourself out of. The conditions of the human mental, emotional, physical and ethereal lower bodies are sustained by such human foibles, simply because the spin of the Electrons around the Atom within the Three-Fold Flame of Love, Power and Wisdom rotate slower than they would normally and in that High Spin can easily deflect all such negativity and destructive energies.
“I wish you to Know Dear Ones that the only differences between human beings and Higher Beings of Light, is the vibratory rate of the ‘Atomic Accelerator’ structure of the Three-Fold Flame within the Heart Core of Your Presence as the ‘I Am’ Presence, The God within. The more you are in the Presence, i.e., are consciously in the Energy of Higher Consciousness, the more rapid the vibration of your ‘Atomic Accelerator’ and the Greater your Three-Fold Flame of Love, Wisdom and Power will expand and grow. Have you ever wondered why you feel so Peaceful, so empowered and so radiant and loving when in the company of the Masters, the Angelic Realms, the Elementals? It is because in these States of Consciousness you automatically advance your vibratory rate of your Three-Fold Flame into Higher Octaves and when you leave the room or Presence of such Energies you fall back into the effluvia of human consciousness and the old paradigms that are held there. Newspapers, television, radio, life dramas, gossip, you know what ‘I Am’ speaking of right?
“I do not wish to labour on this subject of vibration, but I will say that the ones who are ready to presently take grander strides ahead must understand the science of the mechanics of the Three-Fold Flame in much Greater detail and the Power of Invocation and Decrees that will support this specific science and the Laws pertaining to Ascension. Remember the Greater the spin of the Electrons, the Greater the deflection of all human projected archetypal discharge will be rejected and achieved. The Higher the vibratory rate, the closer to the Christed Consciousness one will become.
“This awareness must now become such a milestone in the life of being in Service to Humanity, that it will Over Light everything one does. It can and probably will place those who wish to lead by example, in positions of isolation for a while, away from normal human life and existence; and out of the limelight so to speak. It may feel like that they are being alienated from normal life experiences and desires to do and to have. For the Life of The Human Soul who has come to Earth to be the spearheads of Salvation for humanity cannot afford any longer to continue to be effected by human consciousness that keeps the proverbial foot upon the brake to prevent the acceleration of the Three-Fold Flame Light Radiance.
“Indeed, there are very small pockets of people, some individuals, on the planet who have totally disconnected themselves from the human consciousness, or the norm of old human beliefs and programming. When I say this, I do not mean those who go to the workshops and meetings of Greater awareness and then return home to get on with their family life and commitments. Although very beneficial and of great importance, these Dear Souls are not the ones I refer to here. I mean those who are so sincerely dedicated to their mission who are aware of the Presence of Who They Are and Why They Have come to Earth. Those who have disconnected or disassociated themselves from the old human matrix and are now connected to the New Cosmic Heart of Mother Father God via the Three-Fold Flame of Love, Wisdom and Power; those who have or are about to give their lives for the Greater Good of All Concerned. It is here and now that I send out My Clarion Call to all who wish to fulfil their life’s purpose in a way that perhaps has yet not dawned upon them. Or perhaps it has but they have not known the direction to take or the vision that they need to focus upon until now. This Elemental Grace Alliance is a foundational stone and conceivably even an encodement trigger, that will emanate this call toward a deeper engagement to provide the Purity of God’s Love and Light through Your Service to Humanity, The Elementals and The Angelic Host.
“If your Heart has quickened through reading this, then you must follow your Heart Calling where ever it may lead you. I have to say here ‘I Am’ not offering this appeal as a general message for all to respond; for indeed it is not for all to follow, just those who feel they are ready to make such a decision within their lives. ‘I Am’ being very specific here, as Peter will Know through personal experience of such a direct and individualized connection regarding the New Potentials that are now being presented to certain Souls in this hour of need. In 1954, a dedicated group of human Souls came together and several since then, that by their own Higher Conscious Awareness and Intentions allowed Me and My Legions of Angelic Beings to begin the processes of relieving the Earth and its atmospheres, particularly at that time, within the etheric or astral planes, of extremely negative and malicious entities who were trapped there and who were constantly feeding off human emotional negativity; innocent, unaware and naïve people who were caught up in human destructive conditions.
“It was with the permission of these Dear Human Souls in Absolute Cooperation with the Godhead and God Parents Beloved Helios and Vesta, that many thousands of these malevolent beings or energies were untethered from the atmosphere and surface of Earth and taken to alternative off-world locations for rehabilitation. The Initiates and All Those Concerned Knew that these laggards, astral Plane entities, would not allow for much more human evolution and that if allowed to remain would once again diminish human growth and development for many thousands of years to come. And so, my Beloved and Faithful Colleagues gathered and relocated those beings.
“Since that time, We have monitored and acted in ways to keep a hold upon such malevolent interference, however, only within the parameters of what We are allowed to do in accordance with human intention and Higher Service. There are the Universal Laws to abide by as well as the constraints being the naturally occurring human ‘Rings Passeth Not.’ There are presently insufficient humans who totally abide by those Laws and understand the human participation within the boundaries prescribed by God. WE want you to remember Dear Souls that the Evolution of Humanity and this planet is about human consciousness growing and developing into Human God Beings, Who Become the Creators, the Directors and the Administrators of this planet. Think on this deeply Beloveds for this is a Journey never travelled by a human race ever before within the history of Creation Itself! Can you begin to imagine the magnitude of such an opportunity, the importance RIGHT NOW for those human beings who understand the Love Substance of Beloved Pelleur, not the gravity of this Moment in Earth Time, but the Love, Wisdom and Power of the Three-Fold Flame of Your God Self!
“Peter, Archangel Sandalphon and The Elohim Pelleur have mentioned the arrival of the New Children upon Earth; those Beloved Beings who will not arrive on Earth through the normal birthing processes. These Dear Souls are Christed Beings who will become part of the Greater Communities around the planet for the quickening of the Christ Consciousness within humanity on mass. I do not wish to elaborate on this at this time, but for Peter’s reference I will share some aspects of this event. As Peter knows these Divine Beings, with the appearances of being aged between 3 and 17 years old will be transported to Earth’s Atmosphere at a time when the surface of Earth is at a specific Radiance and level of vibration. The land regions that have been designated in the past have not risen sufficiently and so We are waiting to see how things pan out in accordance to human engagement in the clearing of such localities for these Dear Ones to live. There are two unyielding points that remain at the forefront of the arrivals. The land surface in which these Beloved Children will walk must be Pristine in every respect, no contamination, no pollution, no negative human thought forms, no imbalances of any Nature. If the slightest imbalance is present, because these Dear Ones have never experienced such things, the shock of the energetic transferences could possibly have some grave effects; and at the very worst, send their emotional, mental and physical bodies into total disarray or even collapse. This scenario is out of the question, and We will do everything necessary to prevent this from occurring. Even to the extent of abandoning this potential. This has never been attempted before and so We are still very reluctant to say too much at this time.
“When and if these Dear Souls arrive, they will require time to adjust to the Octaves of human consciousness and the Earth resonances around them, as well as They will require complete guardianship by selected human God Parents. These God Parents are just that, God Souls Who Know Who These Dear Ones are and can support and guide them in all manners and matters of human conditioning, human life, and who are able to assist in bringing forth Their Gifts and Divine Virtues. But most of all these God Parents, will have to be their Divine Mentors and Their God Protectors at the same time. These New Children will arrive under the auspices of My Blue Ray coming in via Our Temple of Protection and Faith over Lake Banff and Louise and across the Rocky Mountains to Vancouver and other world destinations.
“That is all I wish to share about this at this time, just enough to spark another new avenue of thought and potentiality of a more expanded awareness. I do not wish to be too descriptive as I begin my closing Address. But suffice it to say Earth and the Evolution of Humanity is a Divine Experiment, and those human Souls Who Are of Higher Consciousness will need no explanation. This potential of having Children of such High Resonance arriving from outside of Earth’s atmosphere and successfully embodying human life on the ground is also a part of the ever-expanding Nature of this Divine Plan. However, just as mankind cannot Ascend into the Higher Realms of consciousness without Higher Awareness and doing the personal work within, nor can such an advanced group of Souls come into incarnation through Immaculate Conception, yet not through the human birth canal. The keys that will unlock both doors still remain at the levels of consciousness that humanity will attain, and so these potentials are governed by the outcome of this next chapter of the Human Evolutionary Story. Now can you see why We are All looking to a radical solution to a situation that remains seemingly quite untenable. It is not, but it will require some drastic and revolutionary ideas and Love In Action by humanity themselves, to change certain aspects of human behavior, human thought forms of belief and human ideas of what they continue to hold as true and real to themselves. It is all about experience and those who are ready, willing and able to seek new experiences, to embrace new ideas and a more expanded awareness of The Higher Consciousness of God’s Reality. These are the Ones that will change the course of history and reveal such Revelations of Truth that words alone could never do! Actions speak louder than words, and you Dear Souls must now move into the Realms of Actions, instead of words alone. It is time for the Miracles of Life to manifest in the lives of the general populace. These miracles will be performed by You!
“You are being asked now to prove to humanity what is Truth and what is a lie. You are here to shine the Light of Your Three-Fold Flame and use the Love, Wisdom and Power for the Greatest Good of All Concerned. The Earth and its atmosphere require profound clearing and cleansing by human interaction, via the direct collaboration of the Elemental, Devas and Angelic Host. “Greetings to All, ‘I Am’ Archangel Zadkiel and with Me is My Divine Compliment Holy Amethyst, Who, Is the Divine Mother Attribute for the Quality of Life and Freedom of Spirit, for all of mankind, The Elementals and Angelic Host. Amethyst, Who is reflected within the Jewels of Life, and Whose Presence is carried and held by those Who Are the Priests and Priestesses of Zadkiel and the Seventh Ray, within the precious ‘Amethyst’ Crystals which have been consecrated by the Conscious Activation of the Priest/Priestess Hood.
“We come today, together as One Voice, even though ‘I Am’ the mouthpiece Who will transmit Our Messages of Freedom and Transmutation. We come as the Representatives for the Whole of the Angel Host, to share Our feelings and thoughts upon this Blessed Event, The Elemental Grace Alliance.
“We have been very attentive of this effort from the very beginning of its inauguration when We heard. The news spread like wild fire that an unascended human being was proposing to change the Charters of the Elemental and Angelic Host Kingdoms of God. Who was this person who dared challenge God in the way He has Created this Divine Plan? I especially, Archangel Zadkiel of the Seventh Ray and One of the Mighty Seven Archangels, immediately gave pace to stand before this individual and feel into his heart, to read of his intentions and why indeed he would even consider such a ‘self-righteous’ act against God!
“I Zadkiel, Whose Name means ‘Righteousness of God’ rose quickly for that which God is challenged, for when God is challenged, ‘I Am’ Challenged also. And as it is one of My Roles to dissolve and transmute all ill thought and mis-appropriated beliefs in mankind, I was ready to place My Hand before this one, lowering him to his knees so that he would beg for Forgiveness and Mercy. Yet, I was stunned to feel the Love within his Heart, and to see standing before me, One of My Own Beloved Brethren Priests, who, of His own accord, set out upon a voluntary ‘selfless’ path, to assist in the raising of consciousness of the people of Earth.
“What I discovered from this human Soul, who within the humility of Our Ranks here in Heaven, physically standing on Earth with a vision to help bring about Peace on Earth. Instead of an ignited and an inflamed Heart for concern, I was the One brought to My Knees before him, and My Heart wept with Joy as I felt the sincerity of His Calls and the Divinity within his thoughtfulness seeking how his vision could be made manifest for the Greater Glory of God!
“When I returned to Beloved Amethyst and told Her of this new potential, of this one man’s goal, She fell into My Arms and wept for Joy, She was shaking, for We as the Angelic Host Who have seen the disasters and felt the catastrophes and picked up all the pieces created by humanity, so very deeply within Our Beings. It was like there had been a huge burden lifted from Our Shoulders, that We Ourselves could now see again A New Freedom looming upon the horizon.
“We have been the Ones Who, along with the Elementals, have stood behind the veil of maya (the transitory, manifold appearance of the sensible world, which obscures the undifferentiated Spiritual Reality from which it originates) that has been so strongly spun energetically through the use of such negative emotions and feelings within mankind, feeling the pain and anguish of their arrogance and innocence. Our Kind have laboured to the points of exhaustion, for so very long, and it has been very difficult to keep the Universal Balance of human miscreations through their use of mis-qualified energies. Is it any wonder that humanity is some 5,000 years behind its original schedules of Ascension for God’s Evolutionary Plan.
“The first four Root Races were all on track and then after the laggards came to Earth the original design began to fall into much disarray. So, with new Plans and the Most Godly help and Service from Beloved Sanat Kumara, the Priests of the Order of Melchizedek, well I could go on forever in paying tribute to Those Who have given so much to save humanity and the Earth from total annihilation here within this Solar System. I can only say to Them All, God Bless You, God Bless You, God Bless You!
“Thankfully, We are at the beginning of a final cycle, that has been God Ordained as the last cycle upon Earth for Humanity. This is the last 2,000-year cycle within the Evolution of the old race of Humanity upon Earth. This is the Cycle of the Seventh Ray, where Beloved St. Germain presides as the Chohan and We, Zadkiel and Amethyst are the Archangels of The Violet Flame Embodying God’s Transmutation, Freedom, Alchemy through Invocation, Justice and Forgiveness. It is the Divine Qualities of the colour violet, purple, pink and white, in their varying octaves and degrees, that provides the God Attributes for the unfoldment of this next 2,000 years.
“I wish to say that We have waited until the most appropriate time to come forward in this series of Discourses and when We heard, saw and felt the Vibrational tones of Peter’s musings after the last Discourse by Beloved Venus Kumara, We knew that it was Our turn to speak. We wish to share with you an aspect of this Buddhic Column idea that perhaps you may not have considered before. “Just imagine this for a moment. The entry of the Primal Source comes from the Great Central Sun and through the Solar Sun. It passes through each of the Planets including Earth at Their Core Centres and thus creates, through various Pressures of Radiance, Internal Suns, emanating back out to the surface and then continues on its journey.
“There are no real north or south poles on Earth, these are only electrically and geometrically ascribed for the purpose of this physical world. Now, if a Buddhic Column was to be a point of focus, viewed from afar, as if from space, the symbology would be better aligned to the direction from which the Primal Source Energies come. i.e., in this case the suggestion for the Ring of Fire, along the Equator in relationship to the cone of concentrated Sacred Fire and the Tube of Light. So, in the image of the Melchizedek Symbol, the more appropriate alignment would be the Earth on its side with the Disc and Cone above or alternatively the Earth showing its perceived north/south orientation polarities with the disc and cone to the left or right. These are then more supportingly correct in relationship to the Vision of the Service for which they would be assigned, as well as more diagrammatically true to Hold and Radiate the Highest Levels of Vibrational Resonances.
“I would like to speak a lot more about this idea of Peter’s, but space for the moment is limited and indeed We have other matters that have precedence over those things that will automatically unfold, now they have been raised into the consciousness of All Those Concerned. So, to continue.

So here We sit burning the Violet Flame, Transmuting, Transmuting, Transmuting, allowing the Resonances of Love, Light and Peace to flow out from Our Floors and Walls, to cascade like a huge waterfall of Violet Liquid Light all over the Cuban countryside and into their waters; bathing the human Souls with a promise of redemption and emancipation, regardless of their vengeance and mis-deeds, when We have enough Awakened human Souls who can hold and transmute such things upon the ground.
“We have been able to stabilize to a certain degree these imbalances, but because this has not really until now, had the unascended Divine Soul’s input, collaboration, Decrees and Invocations, the maintenance of these imbalances according to God’s Divine Plan and Charters Adjoined to Our Service, it is all We could do alone! “This is such a misunderstood concept, both on the part of the Spiritual teacher and that of the so-called Spiritual Student. The only Real Teacher in this world is the One Within You; The God ‘I Am’, The ‘I Am’ Presence, The Christ Jesus within you! There comes a time in the life of all human beings when God Desires them to Know their own definitive ‘I Am’ Individualized Impersonal Plan and Purpose.
“God wishes each One to become a Co-Creator with Him and not a co-worker with those who consciously portray the relationship of teacher and student. This can only result in resistance and misdirection on some level, and in so doing, once again placing the effects of limitation in front of both parties. The reality is, there is no such thing as teacher and student. This is a differentiation that separates and segregates Unity Consciousness.
“There are no students and no teachers, just experiential interactions that allow information and energy to pass between each other, that assists in the recall of memory of what is already Known within the Soul! If a memory is triggered then the interaction has been achieved, if not, then the same topics of interaction will have to be entered into once again and will continue until the Truth is Self-Realized and not, teacher declared or acknowledged for you.
“The True Teacher is Impersonal, passing on information and offering wonderful guidance and direction that makes the heart sing. The difference is, these teachers do not see you as a student, but as an equal and will tell you so. There will be no differentiation between you, and they will not charge for their words or Services, in sharing what is God’s Alone to give! The charging is a very clear way to determine the underlying energies that bolster the offerings of help and the Purity of Giving. This again is a very confused area when it comes to the exchange of money for services; and one that indeed We could offer more insight, within another forum.
“It is only the personality that places itself between the divisions of student and teacher, and until these can successfully be removed, the Real Teacher cannot come forward; The Real ‘I Am’ Presence cannot declare its own Sovereignty to God Him/Her Self! To become the ‘I Am’ Presence and Allow God’s Will to lead you, one must truly know themselves, on all levels; how they think; why they think; they must know their human strengths and their human weaknesses; their limitations and tendencies to do this or that. Until this is achieved with such clarity, these misconceptions will play out, and that can only lead to further delays and resistances upon the Ladder of Ascension. Humanity cannot afford any further delays, can you Dear Souls relate to this information?

“Yet, when you use or Invoke any one of the Angelic, Cosmic or Divine Host Beings of Light, We, because of Our Divine Cosmic Consciousness, We Bring you the fullness of God’s Love, Power and Wisdom. We see your Three-Fold Flame and We Know that Your Sovereign Power is in action with the Invocation, albeit at many varying levels of your own personal awareness. But We only see the Greatness in you and Only Respond to the Light That You Shine on behalf of God’s Presence within you.
“By bringing these Divine Virtues and Attributes to you, it gives Us the opportunity of bringing it into your world through you and grounding the Primal Source of Love Substance into Mother Earth. So, to use the Names of Divine Beings you are in the same way tying your energies to the Fully Gathered Cosmic Momentum of Being or Beings you call. This then flows in all directions from you as you go about Your God Business. The Sovereignty part depends on who’s will is being used, your will, or God’s Divine Will through your conscious awareness?

“Beloved Disciples of the New Radiation Centres, Esteemed Members of this Radiant Elemental Grace Alliance, I have asked if I may make an Address to this Council prior to its closure, for I, God Himalaya, Manu of the 4th Root Race have an entreaty to make. Perhaps not so much as an appeal, but more of a petition of sorts, a Divine Request to those Dear Souls who are now ready, willing and able to take upon themselves an even greater Responsibility, than is being impressed upon you to date, for all the New Activity projections within this Alliance.
“Humanity has no idea of the extent of what is involved, or what has gone on within the history of this planet or its people. If We or they are going to set this Divine Plan into action upon the Path of Quality of Life and Freedom of Spirit, within the Narayana Journey of Divine Grace, then they are going to need even more information to gauge their Love In Actions upon.
“Peter, I Love your choice for the Theme of this Series of Discourses, for indeed it is the very Foundation of not only what is transpiring around the planet, for Evolution to continue in sequence, but one of the Mighty Services that the New Disciples of the Christos Consciousness could Bestow forth. Narayana is very much born of the East as you Peter have discovered in your research of the name, within its varying Oriental Cultures and that is what I want to speak of here. For this is also about helping Me Free all the remaining life streams that remain stuck or lost; the 4th Root Race and its Seven Sub-Races, particularly throughout the Region of Oriental Asia and the Whole of the Eastern Geographical Divisions.
“Each Manu of each Root Race cannot be Free, indeed, Who has chosen not to be Free to leave until every life stream of that Root Race, throughout the Seven Sub-Races, has been Liberated, Released and untethered from that period of bondage and chaos, that was created by the discord and malevolent thought forms and actions of mankind during that period. The first 3 Root Races have now been Released and have all Ascended in their Own Rights due to the Pristine conditions of those periods. However, the 4th Root Race was the one where the laggards began to arrive upon the planet and that is when the Earth began its aggravated pollution of human effluvia in all its forms.
“Today, many of the 4th Root Race and successive Seven Sub-Races are still embodied, along with all the Elementals, Devas and Angelic Hosts that came in at the time to assist these Dear Human, Animal and all Other Life Stream Life Forms. This includes all Guardians, God Intelligences, Spirits, and benevolent Extra-terrestrial Life Forms, who came along from other Planetary Systems at the inceptions of this period in time. Beloved Ones, it is My Responsibility to Redeem every last member of My Root Race of mammalian and animal life streams, some of which remain in frozen and suspended animation, held within the Ice Terrains of these Mountain Ranges of Asia and the frozen valleys and lower plains.
“It would be fair to say that, likewise, the 5th Root Race Manu the Great Vaisasvata Manu, is also Responsible for the same, before the 6th Root Race can truly Embed itself within the Inner and Out Realms of the Earth’s 6th Root Race and successive Seven Sub-Races. It is all part of the Design. Peter and Sue, you will be aware of your independent travels and your activations in Peru and around Lake Titicaca, and of your visits separately to the Gateway of the Manu Meru of the 6th Root Race; The Amaru Doorway. Do you remember the Guardian Spirit or Ancestor that lays over the Sacred Door Opening to the Inner Realms? Both of you have your stories to tell! Little is known of this Sacred Site and that which has been ascribed by humanity here, has nothing to do with the Truth; the change of name, even by a single vowel will tell you that! But this is not the moment to take that thought form any further now.
“Now that I have given you some background of the Orient, Asia and the East, I wish to put forward yet another Proposal to Peter for his Divine Attention as part of this Elemental Grace Alliance. Like all the other Proposals herein, the Freedom of All of My life streams, also has a priority or importance now to Clear, Cleanse and Heal, so that the sequential progression upon the Global Ascension Ladder may be achieved. The 4th Root Race and all Her Sub-Races are very grateful for all the work that previous chelas and students have done as part of the Calls We made back in the 1950’s, and since, but now We call again, but this time with a far more Passionate Plea for a more Concentrated effort by the New Disciples of the New Radiation Centres.
“In 2012, the Foci of the East, in relationship of Earth Energies, has moved from the Himalayan Mountains to Lake Titicaca, the Feminine Ray Attributes of the Mother’s Love to the Masculine Father’s Ray of Light. Yet within the Hearts’ of Myself, Lord Lanto and Kwan Yin, the Maha Chohan, El Morya and Kuthumi and all of those who have enjoyed Her in Her Glory and in Her Prime, cannot forget, and therefore We must reignite the passion of the New Disciples to fully embrace these Regions of Asia and the Orient and the Whole of the Eastern Geographical Divisions. All, so as to complete ‘OUR FULL TRANSITION’ and not just a proportionate part of the transference of Foci of Energies. For One does not exist without the other and One does not Radiate the Love, Light and Life of God, without the other.
“So much emphasis is being place upon the USA and the West now, that the Love for the Orient and Asia and the East is being denied at many levels. We therefore send out this Clarion Call to include Us in your Fiats, Decrees and Invocations to clear and release ALL LIFE STREAMS of the 4th Root Race and its Seven Sub-Races.
“So, the Feminine Ray at Titicaca, guarded by the God and Goddess Meru, becomes more Powerful, of course, as more and more of the Wealth of the True Oriental Culture is transferred there, but the Masculine Ray which Guards, Guides and Protects, shall still remain a Power on this Earth until Asia is free of all famine and pestilence, wars and distress, until the icecaps are dissolved, and the interred bodies are transmuted. This I have Pledged before the God that made Me, in Gratitude for the Assistance the Earth and the Directors of Nature and the Nature Kingdoms have given to Our Race. I shall remain, upon this Earth until Lemuria rises from Her depths; until the new contours of the land masses around the world, change yet again, into the New Realms of Pristine Earth Energies, as they once were. I shall remain Dear Hearts, for whatever time is left, as ‘I Am’ Now, Your Servant, Your Loving Brother of the Light, not only from here in the Himalayas, but in your own homes, in your own Hearts, in The Grandness of the Love, Light and Life That You Are. God Himalaya takes a few deep breaths while He pauses for a moment and then He continues:
“Now may I have your attention, through your Mind’s Eye, Our Consciousness, and your feelings. Let us speak a little about volcanoes and how to work with the Divine Beings who are Responsible for such Earth Structures and their outpourings. What ‘I Am’ about to tell you, even though I wish to directly speak with Peter’s Sun of Even Pressure Group for now, know that it is wonderful information that We would like to be observed within all future Radiation Centres.
“Dear Souls, the accomplishment that you have already achieved with the releasing of the pressures of the Cascadian Zone and its further infiltration of Light and Love, there is another facet of the tectonic plates that you would do well to consider further; that of volcanoes. You are now distributing Love into Action with such devotion and applications of your Loving and Healing Energies from one location to another and so to transfer Light Consciousness from your Own ‘I Am’ Presence and those of Other God Intelligence, the unascended human must first train to become familiar with the experiences that will express themselves from deep within your Heart Centres. That is why it has been said by Beloved Maha Chohan that for Us to come into your Presence, in anticipation to help you with such Radiations, first you must have certain directives in place for Us to Work with you upon! Today I come to you to offer yet another directive or Proposal that will require your attention with Us; that of releasing the pressures of the volcanoes around the world, but more importantly around the ‘Ring of Fire’ at this time.
“Just as you did with your Cascadian Zone Activations preparing your visual images. We would suggest that you do the same for the volcanoes also! This will help you place your focus upon them in a much more fluid way. We have told you that you are never alone in such endeavours and many Masters and God Beings have acknowledged your work to date and so to help you further, I, God Himalaya, speaking on behalf of All the Gods and Goddesses of the Mountains around the Globe, Am going to share with you what happens when you work with volcanoes. There is NEVER a time that you will Work at these Levels of Awareness or Consciousness, that there ‘will not’ be, a Flotilla, Armada or Convoy of Light Beings, surrounding you and following your every instruction. So be very clear and precise with your Commands and Demands and make sure that you are well aware of the Qualities of those Ascended Ones that you Call forth. Beloved Zeus has shed His Light on this subject very strongly, so We ask that you further look into this aspect of your Decrees and Invocations. So, to have the maximum effect of your Decrees and Invocations it is best that you become fully aware of the God Sponsors and the Specific Beings to Call forth; this will help you greatly in the Causal Healing Processes.
“When great continents are so loaded with the injustices, impieties and irreverence’s of the discordant thoughts and feelings of mankind, that it is thought necessary by the Cosmic Law, ‘in this case, ‘THE HOLY DESIRE TO RETURN THE QUALITY OF LIFE AND FREEDOM OF SPIRIT, TO ALL GOD LIFE’, to purge them, Know that there is imprisoned within the substance of those continents, certain Elemental Life; Indeed, by the Law of Justice, that Life must one day be Free. The more the Calls for Freedom go forth, the more the desire within the Hearts of mankind is joined with Active Love in Service, in making those Calls, the sooner will these imprisoned life streams Demand Their Freedom and make their ways to the surface and into the atmospheres of Earth.
“According to their Natures, they will Demand Freedom at the moment they hear your Decrees and Invocations. Know then, that within the liquid and gas belts of the Earth’s Crust there are septillions, immeasurable numbers of foci of disparity, resentment, hate, bitterness, antipathy and even anger, when such imprisoned life there, hears the Call to Freedom, come forth. And thus, They, by Their Divine Imprinting, respond by endeavouring to burst their repressions, bondages, shackles and impedances, no matter what form they take, according to Their Individualized Natures, i.e., earth, air, water or fire.
“If I may share a generalized point of contention that does not apply to those well versed with Decrees and Invocations. Be warned Dear Souls of those who make unqualified decrees and invocations, that once there are intentions given forth to release such imprisoned Elemental Life, if the Angelic Hosts are not in ‘position’, then such releases will not be harmonious, and you will see the cataclysmic effects of volcanoes yet! For the Elementals, they simply respond. Remember the Natures of Elementals, ‘it is, or it is not.’ If I could use an analogy here, it would be like opening a gate that faces directly onto a motorway without fences or protection from the road. The animals within, like a stampede will come forth, straight onto the highway. Can you imagine this and the dangers of accidents for all concerned. That is what is happening upon the planet today still, with unqualified thoughts of helping and sending out inappropriate prayers. All well intentioned, We understand, but all is never as it seems, as ‘you’ know!
“Unless the Elementals are consciously Transmuted by your own Impersonal ‘I Am’ Presences, prior to their initial out bursting and out flowing, you will have the eruptions and explosions of volcanic action, which represent the unqualified energy, before Transmutation has taken place. If that energy could be separated into its infinitesimal Electronic Light Particles, if you could take each one and magnify it large enough to examine it, you would see the resentment, the scowl on their little faces, that reflect the rebellion and discord that is within the tiny form ‘that has been imprisoned for many millions of years’! As that life rushes forth with its ‘Extreme’ determination to be free, it causes tremendous cataclysmic activity.
“Therefore, in your Programmed Schedules to come, ‘I Am’ suggesting that you keep in mind what ‘I Am’ about to share with you. As you Invoke and Decree, imagine that each of you, preferably in a Group, place yourselves around the top of the cone of the volcano or volcanoes or similar visual aids, before you begin your Decrees, Invocations etc. Call in Beloved Archangel Michael and His Legions of Angels for Protection, Archangel Chamuel and Her Legions of Angelic Intelligences of the Rose Pink Adoration Flame. Michael will place His Legions around the whole of the volcano or volcanoes and Chamuel will stand with Her Angels above and all around the cone while Transmitting the Magnetic Power of Her Love, and will draw the Elemental Substances of all these particles right through Her Own Energetic Being.
“These Dear Ones who outpour through the cone and into the atmosphere of Earth will emerged from the Archangel’s and Angelic Leagues of the Light, the Energetic Cohesion of Love and Light and be Transmuted, Transformed and Transfigured into the most amazing Divine Beings that They Are, in Peace, Harmony and without any out bursts of devastation or cataclysm. All this talk about Divine Virtues and Decrees of such Magnitude and Exuberance just fill Us with even more Joy! It has been a long time since We have heard such Dynamic Words, Amplified By The Master’s Voices, atoned with Their Beloved Disciples.
‘‘I AM’’ the Cosmic Law of Oneness with the Life in the Physical Sun! I Give It My Love, and Love Gives Me All That It IS!
’’I AM’’ the Cosmic Law of Miracle Oneness with the Physical Sun, and ’’I AM’’ Its Victorious Flame in All Outer Physical Actions, Producing Perfection Forever everywhere I go, and whatever I give My Attention to.
“Bless You and Thank You Beloved and God Himalaya and Bless you Dear Peter, for following His Loving Direction to bring all these back into the enfoldment of Our Mighty Radiant Sun Temples. Yes, it is true, that very few people on Earth know anything about their Solar Sun, Indeed Myself and The Magnificent Goddess of the Sun, Queen of Light, Dear Vesta. And I tell you Dear Ones that ‘I Am’, We Are, rather eager in Our Design for Mankind to once again be able to communicate more directly with Us on such New Levels of Awareness and Consciousness. There are so many Cosmic Beings, that you have yet to meet, that will assist you in Directing the Magnificent Powers of Your Solar Sun.
“Indeed, The New Radiation Centres will provide a Magnificent Platform for you to do that. Perhaps We should broach that which is indeed moving closer to the Earth’s New Realities, when it comes to Our Influence and Indeed, under Our Direction. Remember Dear Souls that We have told you, and many are telling you again, that Earth is around 5,000 years behind in its Evolutionary Path in tenure with humanity, and now the Trumpets have Sounded with Their Clarion Calls, that are being played to accelerate and speed up all activities that will bring Earth and Mankind up to Speed if I can put it that way. Greater understanding and awareness is paramount now, if mankind is to ride out such changes coming, or if they indeed, will suffer at the hands of Nature in a much more exhaustible way.
“It was Beloved Jesus who said.
‘Beloved Ones, you wear now consecrated garments of flesh, made up of trillions of Electrons, each and Every One of which has Known at one time, such Perfection in the Inner Realms as the outer mind cannot conceive. These Electrons are but awaiting opportunity to be Invoked to give forth more of Their Light, Speeding up the rapidity of Their Revolutions, as They make up each Atom toward your Transmutation, Transformation and Transfiguration just as I did! When those Atoms and Electrons are so accelerated, They should remain in that State.’
“This aspect of accelerating the Revolutions of the Electrons will have a far greater effect than anyone can imagine once the Real Work of the New Disciples tap into the Heart of Me and Beloved Vesta. For as the Work of Transmutation begins, and the Electrons that have been trapped within Earth and the Solar System due to mankind’s old thought forms, return to Us for Etherealization and Recalibration and Direction, then They can return to Earth for New Experiences as part of Their Own Evolutionary Cycles. It shall be the New Pristine States of Earth that you are all now Desiring to Precipitate, that will Give These Dear Ones such a Magnificent Gift and opportunity to do so. It is more complex than that, but for now it may just whet your appetite a little more for you to Know more, as the New Radiation Centres begin to Precipitate and Function within the Divine Virtues of the Rays and Flames of God’s Mighty Presence.
“Beloved God Himalaya spoke of all the interred life of the 4th Root Race that is buried within the snow and ice all around Asia, but there are also those buried under the drifting sands and rubble as well. But He did not speak of why they were so buried. You see, after the laggards arrived, they created so much devastation, war, famine, desolation, distress, demise and disgrace to mankind, throughout the areas you know today containing the 48 countries that make up Asia as a whole, that something had to be done. So Beloved Sanat Kumara, approached the Karmic Board and suggested that these areas, either be frozen over or covered in sand and stone rubble, to prevent the destructions and the inhumanity to man, from spreading or causing even greater ruin elsewhere. So, He was Granted a Dispensation that allowed for this to occur and with Our Help and Guidance, so these lands where placed under mountains of snow and ice and sand and rubble, until this very day.
“Now here is where it all gets very interesting. The Earth and indeed all Planets around The Solar Sun have Cycles, Cycles within Cycles and so Earth as it began to approach the end of its Procession of the Equinoxes, began its warm up Cycle. Warming up, contrary to your scientists and environmentalists, who believe that it is due to ozone, deforestation etcetera. No! even though all these things most definitely need addressing to eliminate such activities for the benevolence of the Earth, humanity and the Elementals, the warming will happen quite naturally through the Cosmic Divine Law, due to the need to completely Clear and Cleanse the Earth, just as Peter and Others, including Myself, have so explicitly detailed. The warming of the planet is now melting the ice caps and the ‘I Am’ Presences’ of all of humanity are All Knowing of this process and how it will affect the Earth and Its People. But there are some upon the planet now, whose ‘I Am’ Presence is filtering through into their conscious mind and asking them to consider such changes in advance of the rising of the seas.
“In Holland and other areas where dykes presently lay, there are people who are thinking outside of the box to prepare for the oceans of the world to rise. It is a potential expectation that the oceans, and seas of Earth will increase their present levels by around 7 meters. Look for a moment around the world, how weather patterns are changing. They are changing for many reasons, but what is not understood, especially in lower lying areas where flood plains are now breaking their banks, that building higher banks will not prevent their homes from being destroyed all over again in the future. Tornadoes, earthquakes, hurricanes and volcanoes are all part of these lessons still being played out at this time. Places like the United Kingdom and the USA would do well to begin acknowledging these problems and not to rebuild levees, but to use these monies to relocate the people, away from within such areas up to 7 meters from the present sea levels. It is like rebuilding lost homes over earthquake zones. Man has never listened to Nature’s Messages and so must continue to suffer the consequences of such loss until they do learn.
“Yes, I can hear you say, ‘but what about the New Radiation Centres?’ Indeed, but these are not yet operational and there are still very real potentials of earthquakes, tornadoes, volcanoes, flooding and many other disasters. But the rising of the sea levels is quite another matter. And these, the New Radiation Centres will not be able to affect such things, not at first anyway! For this will be outside of the Calling of Human Souls to Govern at this time. Yes, Dear Hearts, Beloved Mother Earth was not called a Blue Water Planet for nothing. It was a Whole Planet, including the pole caps, that was a Temperate Zone that maintained an even temperature and that allowed upon all its land surfaces, a lush vegetation and a wide and varied group of animals, birds and other creatures. Just like parts of Hawaii today.
“So, when Beloved Himalaya said.
‘So, the Feminine Ray at Titicaca, guarded by the God and Goddess Meru, becomes more Powerful, of course, as more and more of the Wealth of the True Oriental Culture is transferred there, but the Masculine Ray which Guards, Guides and Protects, shall still remain a Power on this Earth until Asia is free of all famine and pestilence, wars and distress, until the icecaps are dissolved, and the interred bodies are transmuted. This I have Pledged before the God that made Me, in Gratitude for the Assistance the Earth and the Directors of Nature and the Nature Kingdoms have given to Your Race. I shall remain, upon this Earth until Lemuria rises from Her depths; until the new contours of the land masses around the world, change yet again, into the New Realms of Pristine Earth Energies, as they once were.’
“He was referring to this very situation. The ice caps must melt, and the lands of Lemuria must rise again and there shall be new contours that will develop around the world creating New Land Divisions with Seas in between. Mankind can work with Us regarding all these matters, but they must begin to recede from their ‘I will do it my way’ attitudes. Yes, it is difficult to give up homes and lifestyles, but the New Levels of Awareness coming to humanity, via the New Radiation Centres does not make way for further suffering. That is not the New Cosmic Consciousness. This is the Message that We are attempting to give to you once again, Now loud and clear. What did the Beloved Maha Chohan imply? Continue the path of learning or become One Who Remembers the Truth and Knows the Ways of Heaven on Earth. It was once here, and You Dear Souls were there at these times of that Pristine Beauty!
“So, beginning in 2016 We want you to know, that as Divine Human Angels, as the New Human Disciples of the Christos Consciousness, you have the Powers and Virtues available to you to override all Astrological and Cosmic Events of All Planets within Our Solar System. One of your Greatest Gifts upon your planet at this time are your Astrologers, who work with not only the Astrological Profiles of Planets, Asteroids and Comets, but who are advancing toward the interrelationships of the many facets of the Human Genome. You see Dear Ones, the human body and its genetic makeup is the very reflection of the Planets, Stars, Galaxies and Universes around you, Each One! How pleased We are that Beloved Sue is One of These Souls Who will assist Us in Paving the Way of the New Astrologers and Cosmo Biologists upon the planet. “The Resonant Energies between now and 2020 shall increase exponentially, which means that those who are aware of such things, especially those now opening themselves to become the New Disciples, will have to consciously recalibrate themselves and each other, upon each Eclipse, Equinox and Solstice, so that they will not be adversely affected. These Dear Souls then, can Work with the Resonant Fields of Humanity to assist them and so this We offer yet another Constructive Use for the Radiation Centres. So please become aware of such increases in the influx from Us. Dear Ones, these magnifications will come from Us, your Solar Sun. Just another reason for you all to now become much closer to Understanding Our Radiations and to Know how to Use them for the Greatest Good of All Concerned.
“It is imperative Dear Hearts, that from now on, you know that while there are still a great deal of tumultuous activities taking place around your planet, it does have Great Purpose. So, do not feel bad when something you are Working upon, does not receive your expected or anticipated result. Instead, Know that it is Your Radiance that will keep it in Perfect Alignment with God’s Will. The years 2038 and 2075 shall be milestones for change, but the focus, concentration, and dedication must begin now, even if by only a few to get those Inner Sanctuaries up and running! It shall only be fear that will remain as the destructive, chaotic and imbalanced forces that shall maintain any disparities. Remember, you shall be in a training period for a while, just as Beloved Maha Chohan indicated. So, Patience Dear Hearts, get to grips with the Order of the Day, set everything in sequence, as you now wish to continue.
“As I come to the end of sharing within this Discourse, I wish to say one more thing! Mother Earth still has a lot of rebirthing to do, and part of the Work that the New Disciples are Now Enveloping, shall assist the clearing up of all imbalances for humanity, the Elementals, Nature Realms, Devas and Angelic Hosts, for the purpose of smoother and more constructive Transmutations and Transformations. Please Know that Mother Earth Knows exactly what She is Doing, but it is humanity that needs to pave the way with Her and to do that, a Divine Interrelationship with Her in Openness and a Loving Heart shall make all the difference. Truly come to Know Your Places within the Divine Plan, Know Thy Self and Allow Your ‘I Am’ Presence, to Become the Dynamos of the New Erthe. “Beloved and Esteemed Members of this Elemental Grace Alliance, Dear Mother and Father Omega and Alpha, Beloved Beings of God’s Love, Light and Life Who surround Us Here and Who have Supported the Whole Alliance from the beginning. Beloved Souls of Mother Earth and the New Disciples; Mighty Elementals, Nature Spirits, Devas, Angels and Angelic Host, And Blessed Electrons of All Creation; and last but not least, Our Dear Peter, the One Whose Heart has Allowed for this Golden Ray of the Sacred Fire to become Manifest here upon Earth; I come before You today, 4th February 2016, in this most Formal Way, for I have something I wish to Celebrate with you All, something, that indeed, is a first in the history of mankind.
“Many unascended human beings have accomplished many things within their physical Spirit Manifestations, but none have ever achieved such a dynamic and ever-expanding Manifestation of Spirit upon the Surface of the Earth, as this Elemental Grace Alliance Project! Not without prior awareness and consciousness of the processes involved; not by Faith and Trust alone; not without having a Direct Communication Channel opened to them; and certainly not magnetizing to themselves All Appropriate Levels of Hierarchy that have come to Consciously and Selflessly Offer Their Services in Support of such a Creation; and last but not least, never from a simple thought form that came about because they simply wanted to help the Elementals and Human Beings Build a Bridge to Freedom. Peter’s Proposal, ‘To change or rewrite the Divine Charters with God for the Elementals and Nature Kingdoms, so that a radical and significant shift can be made toward humanity’s conscious awareness about their interrelatedness and co-creational abilities for a more active and mutually beneficial co-creative collaboration together,’ created a huge upset throughout the Universe and ignited great concern among so many of the Hierarchy. But after immediate investigation, all concerns were promptly extinguished, due to a Purity and Innocence that Over Lighted the Entire Desire by Peter himself!
“Beloved Hearts, you have Heard and read the story, and now with a few days to go in the closing Discourses, ‘I Am’ sure that you will agree with Me, that this has been a huge success. It was never really about Changing the Charters of the Elemental Kingdoms, but more about Humanity becoming more aware and more aligned to the Reality of the Elementals and the Parts that They play within the lives of human beings upon the planet. It is so much more than that, because not only has this opened the floodgates for Grand New Gesticulations of expanding this idea, but it will also indeed lead to a quicker Evolutionary Path for the Elementals, Devas and Angelic Host, that will indeed Change the Charters in ways that humanity has never even considered before. And that is why this single act has been so Unique and So Precious to so many!
“I can feel Peter squirming in his seat right now. But nevertheless, it needs to be Acknowledged for this indeed has set another Precedent for many others to follow in Their Own Love, Wisdom and Power! It is the Natural Law that Adoration be given Homage to, where Honour and Reverence is due. Gratitude should never be withheld from anyone or anything, for the sake of saving embarrassment or the feelings of discomfiture. The Truth Is What It Is, and so Is Adoration, the Gratitude and Appreciation for the God ‘I Am’ Presence Shining Its Love, Light and Life in Service to the Whole. Shrugging your shoulders Peter, is not conducive to Honouring the God ‘I Am’ Within You! We Love You Dear Soul and We are going to thank you this day, that I Vesta, can promise you that! We Know your Motives and We Know you have no need for Acknowledgement or Gratitude, but It Is God’s Law to Honour All In Love and this is no exception, just a little different from the main stream. So, We today are Honouring You Peter for Your Magnificent Achievements throughout these Elemental Grace Alliance Discourses.”
Vesta takes a momentary pause as I regain my composure and connection, for ‘I Am’ trying to write while feeling this nervous embarrassment of what may be coming! ‘I Am’ a behind the scenes man and that suits me fine! This is so not about me; it is about All of Humanity and how We can help them to become Free! God’s Idea and God’s Plan! “You are very welcome, Peter! ………. It is no mistake that I, God Parent of The Mother’s Love, Am the penultimate Speaker within this Alliance. It Is indeed My Duty within The Charters and Fiats that I have with God and for Finalization before this Elemental Grace Alliance can be Sanctioned and come to a close for now, I must first Honour My Responsibilities according to the Superior Design of the Greater Plan. These Mighty Beings Chose to Become the Divine Foci of the Distinguished Virtues within the Electronic Belt around Us. They came from the Godhead of Alpha and Omega, the Great Central Sun or the Sun Behind the Sun! Each One Specializes in a Specific Virtue that is Divinely Apportioned Around Us in 12 Equal Vectors; each Vector, Is Held within an Etheric Temple and relates to your Astrology upon Earth, but I will add, that Earth’s Astrology has been defiled to some degree over the centuries by mankind, but that is not for discussion at this time. One step at a time Dear Hearts!
“Now I wish to address that which I have come forward today; to Honour Peter and the Responsibilities that he himself has accepted. Let me explain.
“Before any New Idea, Plan, Project or Movement can begin, especially one that has the ability to affect millions, even billions of life streams, they must first come before Me, Vesta, so that I can determine the vibrational frequencies of his or her 4 lower bodies and Stream Their Higher Causal Bodies, to Read their Entire Energetic Encodements and Akashic Records, Their Gifts, Talents and Virtues, and then to determine where their Soul is upon the Path of Evolution and what are the present States of Soul Fragmentations, before I will Invest My Energy with Their Cause. So, when a desire is created for such a task that may benefit mankind and life upon Mother Earth by a being, along with his or her Sponsor, they then have to travel through All 7 Spheres, looking to find other Causal Beings Who Will Acknowledge the New Movement and give Their Agreements to Over Light, Serve and Support it. When sufficient Support is gathered, then that being and his or her Sponsor, are Obligated by Universal Law, to come before Me, to obtain My Permission and My Agreement to Invest My Energy in him or her and their Movement.
“When Lord Buddha and the Master Jesus carried the word of God forth, they, through their own endeavours and efforts, had to pierce into the Highest Realms of Light and into the Heart of Heaven to gain the Word of God. They would then carry back, first hand, the results of Their Experiences in Their Own Consciousnesses, but when unascended human beings upon Earth signify a desire to Know Truth and to Magnetize the Ethers to open, until the Veil of the Silence has been parted, he or she, of their own volition are not able to rise into the Heart of the Father and Mother. Yet, still having the investment of his or her unascended Light, they can draw with Great Responsibility the Word of Truth to the people through themselves, no matter who their teachers may have been. So, he or she is indeed, Divinely Blessed, because they have Magnetized the Truth unto themselves by their own Volition, while evolving their own consciousnesses, through giving it to others.
Peter has done this voluntarily, Dear Ones. But what is very unique in this event, is that instead of going through the veil himself to gain the Truth from within the 7 Spheres, Peter has Magnetized through his Cohesion of Love, those Beings of the 7 Spheres to come to ‘him’, upon the Earth plane to attain the Truth. And so, I tell you, that Life then is the Servant of the God Flame, as Light is the Natural Radiation of God Life. And without any Intelligent Director, Life would remain forever dormant and inactive. Therefore, The Life of the One who Seeks Truth, whether through the Veil of the Heavens, or from within the domain of Faith and Trust in the Lord on Earth, All Life Retains God’s Freedom to attain the Truth and has innately held within it, Every Power, Attribute, Capacity and Virtue which is God’s to Give and Receive. However, man in his Wisdom must first learn of his or her ‘I Am’ Presence, and how to Draw forth Its Fullness, Its Love, Wisdom and Power. They must become ‘Vested’ with the Power of Creation.
“The Love of Life and a Desire to Understand Its Nature, precedes ‘My Service’ to the Evolving of any Soul. Once this has been achieved, then, and only then, can I, ‘Invest’ them with the Knowledge of Life’s potentialities and Their Capacity to Unfold and Draw Forth from the Godhead the Fullness of the Ever Present, Intelligent, Vital Substance of Creation Itself. My Activity is to Magnetize, Influence, Form and Externalize the potential Perfection through The Children of God.
“So here We have Peter who has had this thought or idea, that had a potential that may indeed benefit mankind and the Elementals in Soul Growth, by working with the information garnered, especially when this initiative had never been offered to humanity before in this way. The Lords of Karma have heard his plan and have weighed up his worth and capabilities. Then, looking at the world potentials of the plan, and if his endeavour was auspicious enough for the given Hour. They then acquiesced to his desire to offer this gift to humanity. With all the support that he has Magnetized to himself by the correct use of the Universal Laws throughout his plan, each part of it must then also pass through the Judicial System of the Karmic Board of Directors. He has achieved this with Honours as Declared By Beloved Lady Portia, within these Discourses. He now has the task of helping other humans to be accepted within the Movement or Mission, for no-one at these Levels of World Assistance are exempt from such Fiat Procedure to come before Me.
“If Peter is fortunate enough to secure fellow beings willing to assist him, then their Sponsor and their Group, made up from the 7 Spheres, must come before Me also and They are then individually and collectively Invested in this Movement in the Name of God. I take the Final Responsibility for Investing any Soul Life. For at these Levels of Investment, it is not about the undedicated or insincere human, but the Committed Disciple, that Pledges His or Her Entire Soul to such a Movement and then Covenants it with His or Her Own ‘I Am’ Presence, Sponsor and Other God Intelligences that have Pledged to Encourage, Advance and Contribute to Its Realization.
“From then on, They will Devote the Entire Course of their incarnation/s and Vow to Serve the Inner Realms for Its Completion and Success. Because this is such a Major Decision on the Part of All Beings joining this Movement, I have to be sure that the Energies that I Invest with Them, shall be Used for, and only for, the success of that Movement. And that, once My Investment in Them is Granted, I will have no concern that they will withdraw and float onto other ideas and creations that are not directly in association with the first! At any times of crisis, because of My Investment of My Light and Love, ‘I Am’ Impersonally Responsible, and so will enter the situation or cause of the crisis to resolve and revitalize it, so that those involved may return to their Movement, as soon as possible.
“For Me to Invest an individual with such Spiritual Authority, is to Bestow upon their Three-Fold Life Flame, such Omniscient, Omnipotent and Omnipresent Powers that have never been present within that person before. ‘I Am’ the Root of Investment, and a Powerful Force in All Facets of the world, but particularly the finances of the world. So, when a Movement requires funds or resources nothing is left to chance! I make sure of that! When humans design a project and invest their substance, talents and energies into it, so the project may live and prosper, so do I INVEST those Life Streams in Cosmic Causal Benefits, working with the Lords of Karma, and Many Other God Life Streams so as to further World Progress.
“These human life streams then Represent My Capital, and the Causes Benefit by Their Presence. All Cosmic Ventures are therefore placed before Me by Their Sponsors and the Cosmic Councils of Light. Life Streams capable of assisting in carrying these Mission Movements through the veils of incarnation, or initiated while in physical embodiment, all must come before Me. The Cause For Freedom was Born in God’s Heart when the First Individualized God Flame was Created, for God Desired All His Creations FREE! Many Causes are Set Up by the Godhead Directly, and many Causes are Born through the Initiative of His Children. A Cause, to which a Life Stream may choose to dedicate his or her life, is not necessarily created by the individual him or herself, but it can be Assumed. An individual interested in such Service may take the Responsibility of carrying such a Cause to mankind, so that its Ultimate Beneficial Effect may sooner be the heritage of the people. The Godhead may Create Causes. Intelligent Beings, pondering on ways to Serve God’s Plan, may evolve Causes and bring Them into the consciousness of mankind. When a Cosmic Desire of God’s Heart pulsates in the Higher Heavens, waiting to be claimed, ensouled, and lowered by one of His Children, it is so finely attuned and vibrates so quickly, that it is neither visible nor tangible to even tremendously evolved beings, except where their own interests and yearnings through the centuries and have created in them a similar vibration. Thus, a being would have had to Love Freedom, Serve Freedom, etc., for centuries before the Cosmic Pulsation would be even discernible in the Blazing Cosmic Light which is the “Desire World” of the Great Central Sun, or the physical Sun of the System.
With their Sponsor, those Who accept this opportunity to Give Freedom to the People of Earth, they are given an Audience before Me, and if I Agree to Invest in Them, each will be Invested with the Knowledge and Power of the Great Silence and the Sacred Fire along with the Vision of the Cause in Its Fullness. Then, as a Communal Body, together with their Master, they shall be Cosmically Invested in the Cause for Freedom, their bodies, Minds, Souls, Natures and Heritage All.
